This drill is awesome

Price wise you can not beat this. Lowes and other stores over charge by at least a 100.00. It works great and it is used on a daily basis. To the person that claimed its "heavy" ... it is not heavy it is just a full sized drill. I have nothing negative to say about this drill. Might gift one to my father.

Helped Me Out of a Pickle - Used to Enter a Barricaded Door

I recently got locked out of our backroom in our home due to a chair that fell behind the door and consequently barricaded and blocked me from opening or re-entering the room. The chair was perfectly wedged at an angle between the wall and the door. I found myself in a proverbial "pickle" or difficult situation. Breaking down the door was not an option. I could only open the top of the door less than an inch and it wouldn't open at all on the bottom. I sent the cell phone underneath and videotaped the situation and saw there was only one option. This powerhouse of a drill provided the solution and was a precise and excellent tool to use to break back into my backroom door that was barricaded. I used a Carbon Hole Drill bit for door knob holes to drill two precise holes in a horizontal eight position and then used a fireplace poker to grab and hook the chair that was impeding my entrance and move it to the side. I then had to do cleanup and patch the door by first gluing together the "8" shaped pieces with Crazy glue, then using sandpaper to sand the rough edges, and then I filled in any gaps with Gorilla Wood Filler. I patched that piece back in the hole in the door the same way and applied some paint (some hardware stores can digitally match the exact color if you bring in a paint chip). Quick and powerful. Highly recommend.

A good tool

Used to install a railroad crosstie landscape wall and steps. Drilled many 1/2” holes for rebar anchors. Highly recommended.
