It's ok

While I can't rave about it, it's ok for reasonable for what I paid. Had hoped it would actually be good for washing clothes in a pinch when the power is out and I think it might work several times but don't see it holding up to that. However, that isn't it's intended purpose and it feels like it would last a bit longer mashing potatoes but still not convinced it's going to hold up to time.

Very sturdy!

We actually use it to hold the legs of poultry while dunking them in our scalding pot. So far it has held up to 15+ chickens and 25+ very large ducks.

Double check dimensions

I looked at the 5.25inch dimension and though that was handle length. Turns out that's the horizontal width of the masher. Oops. Edit: Still a very solid thing that is way too big for any of our pots. Adding a star for still feeling solid though.

Huge!

This potato masher is 25 inches long! Way too big for my household kitchen use. Besides a small crack in the handle it is sturdy but too big for me.

Great homebrew mash paddle

I use this as a mash paddle for a BIAB beer homebrew setup. Works great. Perfect length. Cleans up easily.
