Way better construction than cheaper alternatives

This is quality built product not constructed cheaply like the less expensive products here on Amazon. The foam used has a little more give to it ...have older footballer which used plastic and rubber and they should have kept that construction since it had better control of pressure to area..I am a professional body worker and too much pressure which hard foam can give can injure an area instead of help it.

Great for active people and amateur athletes

As an active person and amateur athlete, I really wish I had come across this product sooner. I have always loved playing jogging, soccer, and basketball. As I have aged, I have experienced everything from slight muscle tweaks to painful muscle pulls. In the past, I just rested, iced, compressed, and elevated. But with this tool, I can also pinpoint the tweak or knot and really massage it, move blood around, and heal it better and faster. I really recommend this for anyone that is active that wants to constantly maintain their body to avoid muscle pulls. And if they do happen, to help heal them in a healthier and more efficient manner.

Roll out your Pain

AMAZING! These smaller devices get into spots that a foam roller can not. AMAZING for feet, calves, Achilles tendon, intense quad rolling, back, shoulder, even my jaw for TMJ. Best money I've ever spent on these types of devices. I hike weekends and train/run 5Ks so I use all of these things almost daily. They have made a huge difference in my ability to workout daily, I'm less stiff and in less pain. If you're just thinking about buying this set, just do it. My personal trainer exposed me to this set, she and I use it in her studio if I'm still stiff but I use it daily at home. LOVE IT, LOVE IT.

Nice Collection of Trigger Point product for feet, legs and arms.

Just starting to use these rollers on my feet and leg muscles and seems to work very good. Well made product, impressed with the quality, plus online links show additional uses. I purchased this set in additional to the 2.6" and 5' Trigger Point Foam Massage Ball for Deep Tissue Massages by same company. I recommend this product over others I have seen or read about. I took the small two balls to work and use them there.

decent for the price

Works. Not the same durable construction as the ones my gym has. Seems like they are making them more cheaply now. The one that seems to be the original is on ebay for 110.00 for just the quadballer, so based on the price I can't really complain. A great addition to my foam roller for recovery/warmup with weights and running.

No access to instructional/education materials

It is a great quality set and recommend it only if you already know how to use it, or have someone that will teach you. Otherwise it might be frustrating to purchase this not inexpensive set, which provides minimal instruction. I would have rated the product higher if it hadn't touted in the product description all the supplemental educational materials that are supposed to come with it. The product comes with an insert card of about 6 exercises and a note with a web link and promo code, promising access to educational videos, and two different e-books. The link on the note does not direct you to to these materials, and the there aren't any videos on the website for this particular set. It's like they phased out this product and stopped offering videos and other instructional content.

Zero Stars - Unique products with no instructions

I bought this a few months ago. It claims to come with multiple instructional guides, including 12 videos and 2 e-books which are to be accessed using a promo code. As there is no place to enter this promo code anywhere on the provided website, I contacted customer service via email and asked if they could email these items to me. I was directed via a brief customer service email to TriggerPoint's Youtube channel for the videos, and they did not address the E-books at all. This was not helpful even for the videos, as the Youtube channel is not organized in good fashion to help find the 12 videos specific to this kit. I replied in a second email to customer service noting this and again asking if they could possibly send the e-books to me in PDF form. I did not receive any response whatsoever (apart from an auto-reply) back to my email - I followed up twice over 2 months again only receiving auto-replies. Today (over 2 months since my ignored email request), I called TriggerPoint/Implus customer service to try one last time to at least acquire the E-books. Though the service representative I spoke to was very friendly, the call was ultimately unhelpful and unsuccessful. I was informed that the E-books cannot be sent to me (as they somehow do not have them) and the Youtube videos scattered throughout the TriggerPoint channel are the only materials available. All that could be said was 'sorry' for the false advertising. After all of this I feel I have tried my best and given TriggerPoint/Implus more than enough opportunity to rectify this situation/supply the promised guides. Based on my conversation with the service rep today, I do not believe I will ever receive these materials which has led to me leave this 'bad' review. I would very much discourage anyone from buying this kit due to the lack of easy to find instructional materials. You will be much better off buying different individual items with dedicated playlists on TriggerPoint's Youtube channel or items that are not as unique (having other outside sources for instruction). If I could give zero stars for this kit I would.

a great product

I tried it on my very soar quads and I could not do it for very long. I tried to get in the portals of trigger point therapy but it was difficult. I needed more guidance as how to do the exercises properly. I think that eventually you won't need a code for this. I went back to my foam roller, easier for me but I still say it is a great product.!

Very disappointed that I had to resort to searching YouTube to find videos to describe the usage of this relatively expensive kit. It had a promo code, but the web page doesn’t exist.
