Spend the extra it’s worth it

Great for scaffolding but is perfect for concrete form work. I’m a union carpenter so I could be erecting a scaffold stair tower one day then building wall and deck forms the next. This tool gets used every day. And I have even introduced them to my company and are now a required tool for all carpenters. I have had other brands, and to be completely honest only bought this one so mine would be instantly distinguishable, but by far is the best one I’ve ever owned.

Excellent tool

Well built, solid tool that I use and abuse daily. My constant companion that gets used in more ways than it is designed to yet does the job without fail. Would highly recommend if looking for one of these.

Gear, too stiff. Hard to transition switch lever

I've had a few different brands of the same wrench. This one has a solid feel to it but there ratcheting is stiff, you have to hold it with 2 hands or the bolt will just spin back and forth. the switch over is very tough and sometimes doesnt switch all ther way to the opposite ratcheting position. It stays in ther middle and free spins. There's no rust or build up, the wrench is new with these problem.

So far so good for the money

So far so good really sturdy and I put the whammy on them now I don't joke around about I cracking down real good like!! Spud is really Stout I Pride Mini of whores and diagonals in really tight spot and held up great way stronger than the cheap one that I had before.

Broke after a week

My husband is a Carpenter and needed this tool for work. In less than a week he came home and said it broke while using it and he needed another one. Don’t waste your money on this product.

Keep it lubed

Gets the job done but I think I may be trying out the lifetime warranty soon, not even a year of use and it’s showing signs of crapping out, switching between tightening and loosening is almost on the way out
