It'll work but expected a tighter fit
It's kind of large for the axe head. I'm a little concerned the head is going to slide around in it and slice it apart

Not impressed
Here's what I like: -It's a good color. -The snap works really well. -Fits the old school USGI webbing belt. -The stitching is good. -Appropriately sized for a camp axe. Too small for a felling axe; too big for a hatchet. Here's what I don't like: -The canvas is pretty thin and floppy; not heavy as advertised. If your axe is properly sharp it's going to slice it. This makes it pretty much unusable. A piece of plastic inside to provide a little stiffness and cover the bit would solve that. -The handle hole is a tad too small. -The rivets are not very secure; the one next to the handle hole came loose as I was inserting the handle. What saved the hole from getting too large was the stitching. I would recommend getting a leather or kydex sheath instead.

Barely fits axe head
The Jackson and Spears axe I purchased fits but the snap flap barely reaches to close. At least it does cover the axe to provide some safety with storage and carrying.

Advertised as 7" long but does NOT fit my 7" felling bit. Handle hole too small to fit full sized axe handle.
