Great product

I purchased a few rollers to give my friends who are weekend warriors. I love this product because you can carry it to work and gym. I also use this roller on my legs before I go for a run.

Good, Durable, and Effective Product. No Usage Guide Included.

It is good, effective, sturdy, and feels durable.You need to adjust the tightness of the roller by twisting the end locks on both sides.Would have been good if it were more cheaper, especially for those getting it with an import duty levied, outside US. Comparing it with the Theraband Green roller for same purpose, which I also have, this one is more lighter and compact. Plus this one has a smoother rolling mechanism and locks. However, where it misses in comparison to Theraband roller is in terms of how much deep massage it can do, where Theraband clearly is better. However, would have been much better if a detailed guide on how to use it for different conditions was Included. I could not even find such a manual for this specific product anywhere online. Hence the 4 stars.

Me encantó

El precio fue muy accesible y el producto es bastante bueno por sí solo; ojala lo hubiera pedido desde hace bastante tiempo atrás. Lo he vuelto parte de mi rutina diaria. El material con el que esta hecho es bueno y tiene la apariencia de que lo voy a tener conmigo por bastante tiempo.

Es suficiente para masajear la zona. Una opción con "picos" sería ideal, para mayor presión, tipo digipuntura.
