Not Recommended

I bought this mirror for an electric bike/moped. The mirror part is attractive, and seems to be well built. However, the clamp is really cheaply made. It was not easy to clamp on to standard size bars. The clamp bends to fit whatever bars you choose. No matter how tightly I clamped it on, it kept coming loose. This could be dangerous if you are in heavy traffic and the mirror comes loose. I also did not like the view of the mirror. No matter how much I adjusted and re-adjusted it, my arm was in the way. I had to put my arm down in order to see the cars behind me. I could not see the cars until they were almost exactly at my side. I returned the item. I went back to using a velcro mountain bike mirror which gives me an excellent view of cars behind me, as well as to the left of me. The problem with this is that you constantly have to adjust since it just goes on with velcro. My journey continues to find a decent mirror that I can clamp on and provide me with a great view. I think this is the start of a good product, but needs some design changes. My thoughts are that it definitely needs a better clamp. Second: it needs to be longer in order to be able to see past your arm. Third: it needs to be shaped more like an oval so you have a wider view. Thanks.

Piece of Junk

The mirror's optical quality is so poor the only thing it can be used for is cutting cocaine. This product ios so horrible it is dangerous.

Good, simple mirror

I'd tried different kinds of 'gimmick' bicycle rear view mirrors but I always craved having a real mirror. This one replicates the motorcycle mirrors I'm extremely familiar with. On a bicycle handlebar it acts a bit like a sore-thumb in that it sticks out and can be 'in the way' a lot. But if you need to see what's coming up behind ya as you bicycle along... This is the best one to have.

Takes some adjustment

A sturdy and well made item, except for the handlebar mounting bracket. On first inspection the bracket looks way too small for a conventional bicycle handlebar, however, it can be made to fit. Open up the jaws of the bracket and inset a socket the same diameter of the handlebar. With a vise, squeeze the bracket around the socket until it is snug, then proceed with the normal installation procedure. Worked for me.

Works great!

This mirror was easy to install and sits up and out from my handlebars so that I can see behind me. It is perfect for what I need to ride my adult trike with my senior dog in the back basket to take her to the park where she can play and then ride her back home again.

Excellent performance all around

Worked well very sturdy all metal quality unfortunately my bike was destroyed but I'll definitely reorder when new bike gets in This really helps prevent constant neck turning and breaking easily adjust angles well built I was very happy

Not a curved mirror

Everything else is fine but the mirror isn't curved so it's impossible to see anything behind you (limited field of vision). It would work as a normal hand mirror but not for the road.
