For wheelchair usage, lots of patience might be required.
I got this interesting set of pieces for my Drive Poly-Fly Wheelchair. And I am adding them to my arm-rests, with them being forwards and their sides still on, because they are my first and most trusted "carriers". ;) The Good stuff, that cup-holder makes a fine, flexible "bumper", it is very durable work. And it just "barely" fits my favorite mug and it seems to "cling" a bit, to the bottom, and that could be an interesting "hidden benefit"? ;) (BTW, what size is that cup-holder nut? I'd like to try something to improve rotating it, more freely around an arm-rest's bar.) Here's an obvious "benefit", those two big and smooth openings provide a pretty decent large "hook shape" that holds the handles of a plastic bag to carry some of my stuff or a small but hot TV dinner. ;) *** AND has anyone ever thought of making special mugs for this work? Something with a safety-top for incline problems, possible spills and HOT STUFF protection might be EXCELLENT!!! *** The upper "clamp" cane-piece snaps onto my fold-able cane, nice and solid. But it takes a bit of force to clamp it onto the larger upper-section of my offset cane. (I hope, I don't break it. :( But thanks for those rubber pieces. One of those does help to lock your clamp onto a slightly curved section, fairly nicely. ) ((( So, for now, I have the cane-clamp above my side-plate and the cane Velcro-strap above that as a needed "safety piece" for more needed street-security? (btw I used 2 of those large sizing-pieces fastened tightly within the clamp, so I can swivel it away from my seat. The strap swivels naturally enough.) *** To Medline, the strap could use about four or more inches of Velcro to increase safety. And adding a snap to it, that snaps onto a special double-sided female-coupling, replacing the current one of course, might be some of the BEST SECURITY that I can think of? ;) *** And the cane's base piece is under the metal foot-rest piece and since it is offset to the inside, from the rest, I left it to free-spin, so i can still use it, for adjustments and hide it.))) BTW, those two cane-pieces, the lower "base" and that upper "clamp", will rotate 90-degees on their axis, when you pull them out, a little. And another missing detail in Amazon's pictures, is a 12-point star pattern for the cup-holder's bolt to rotate and lock into, when it is all tighten.

No more spilling drinks on my rollator platform!
The cup holder works great! I got tired of spilling coffee and soft drinks on the platform of my rollator, when moving it from place to place with a meal on a plate, on the platform. With two cutouts, the cup holder works great with coffee mugs, as well as drink cans or water bottles. The cane holder has three pieces - though I find myself using only two at a time. There is a small "foot" platform that will support the bottom of most canes; my son installed it as low as was possible on the rollator folding frame without interfering with the front rotating wheels. There is a rather firm, snap in clip that we mounted up higher on the rollator frame; getting your cane actually in the clip can take a bit of hand strength, which might be a problem for some folks. The third piece is a plain strap that has a snap, and a wraparound piece of velcro. More often than not, I find myself using just the "foot" platform and the velcro strap, to hold my cane onto my rollator. I have to remind my husband to be careful with these attachments when he folds and unfolds my rollator for car transport. So far, nothing has been bumped - to be broken or chipped off. The one downside of these items is there's no written instructions, or step-by-step photos to guide one through the installation process. On the box, there's a photo of the installed cup holder, but nothing to copy for the cane holder parts. Thankfully, my son likes to tinker with gadgets, and figured out how to install the various parts with a little trial and error. There are shims that can be used to help adjust the tightness of the attachments, but we only figured out what they were for and how they worked, by playing with the pieces for a bit.

Works great just like the Medline walkers.
The Medline cup and cane holders have been great on my dad's Medline walkers. He just got a second Medline walker and the nice thing is that these accessories are apparently universal to fit on any model of the Medline walker. The first walker came with both of these accessories and the second only had the cup holder, so I wanted the cane holder as well. My dad loves the cup holder and uses it a lot. He always has his cane strapped in so that he can use it when he parks his walker somewhere, like in a restaurant , etc. and just wants to use his cane for shorter distances. Medline is a great company. When I called to make sure these would fit his new walker, I got an answer on the first ring. I trust the safety of the Medline line of products, which is my number one concern when it's come to medical devices. It makes me happy that Medline products are also reasonably priced.

Cup holder with limits
Purchased this cup holder to attach to my 87 year old mother's walker. The cup holder will not attach to the front cross bar of her walker - the bar is to large in diameter for the screw type attachment to work. We were able to attach it below the front cross bar onto one of the front vertical bars (that go to the wheels). It is a bit less than convenient there and attaches at an angle (we are unable to make the bottom of the cup holder flat) but at least it lets one carry a beverage "hands free" (if your glass is not too full). The other limitation of the cup holder is that it is very large in diameter. Thus, it will hold almost any size glass/mug. Since the sides of the cup holder are not very high however, a 10 - 12 oz. glass has too much room to wiggle within the cup holder. The cup holder would work better if it had a rubber gasket that would grasp the glass and stretch if one needed it to hold a larger item. One remedy for this is to wrap the glass in a washcloth or rag to help the glass take up more space. All in all, it was better than no cup holder at all.

cane holder does not adjust for cane size.
while appears to be fairly well made, as others have mentioned cane holder is too small for typical cane and cup holder does not work on my drive rollator and there are no instructions. Further item is not packaged for sale in Canada. No French language; only Spanish

Cane holder too small
My dads cane barely fits into this holder and it’s not a big cane. The wood is permanently etched from jamming into the holder. Most of the time he doesn’t bother and tries to carry the cane with the walker. The drink holder works, but wouldn’t recommend for mugs.

Good products
Good products, but only 4 stars for the fact that there was no clear detailed instructions in the box. Just two photos on the outside of the box with the word “Instructions” beside them, odd. So took bit of time to understand what all the tiny parts were for. But besides all that, works great. Gonna order another for my wheelchair.
