Smell is great, the mess after one broke open during transport, not so great.

One of the bath bombs had broken open and left a huge mess when I opened the box. Powder everywhere. The rest were ok except one. It felt soft rather than hard like a bath bomb should be. They all smell amazing but I would have loved to avoid the mess & the loss of an entire bath bomb. ????

It’s a bath bomb

Nothing super amazing about these bath bombs. They fizz and smell amazing. I bought them because they we half off. Other than that, I would not pay full price.

Smells great, didn't hold shape

These smell wonderful! I have two problems: 1) the bathbombs fell apart in shipping. They are packaged in a nice cardboard box, and are shrink wrapped in plastic, but they clearly shifted and had soft crumbled spots on each ball. 2) they are wrapped in plastic! I wish they had a more sustainable way to wrap these.

A great last-minute gift

I bought these just because they were a great deal, and I needed another Christmas gift for someone who’s hard to buy for. I recognized the brand name and knew it was a good one, and it turns out that it’s one of her favorite brands. Win-win! I like that the box they came in was also just perfect for wrapping, and though I haven’t used these bath bombs myself, I can say that the scents are great — not too strong, but just enough to smell through the box. A great gift!

Be careful

The media could not be loaded. The bombs smell amazing but they also shifted a ton in transit and the two coconut bombs were open

Poor packaging

It’s six bath bombs but they bounce around inside the box. As a result, one was completely missing as it broke open and spread everywhere, a second one was just powder. The remaining four are amazing but I wish I got the six I paid for!

Very terrible packaging, however wonderful bath bombs

The media could not be loaded. I have come to love the Love and Beauty products; I still have Murumuru Butter & Rose body wash. The bombs smell great and they really do make my skin feel smell nice. I've ordered these type of Love and Beauty products before in January 2021 from an Amazon seller, and I had no problems with the quality of the packaging or the product. Until recently. These last two orders came direct from Amazon Services LLC; unfortunately the packaging on these past two recent orders (June 25th and July 8th 2022) were awful, and in both cases the product was damaged upon arrival (but it did not merit a return or refund). Also, as stated in my short video it appears they have been sitting on the shelf for a long time and got exposed to moisture. The color of the bath bombs between orders are completely different. My first order the bath bombs were darker and in the second the bombs are significantly pale, indicating age and degradation - see photos. Both times it was the Coconut Water and Mimosa bomb that was damaged. The first time the shrink wrap was damaged and the ball was pulverized within the wrap. In todays order the Mimosa bombs were so completely demolished the wrap was broken and powder was everywhere; I had to pour the powder inside a cup - see photo. I like the Love & Beauty products, generally, but this year the product was not up to standards. I want to give 5 stars, but I have give 2 stars in hopes that the packaging will improve to protect the delicate bath bombs and that old and expired products are removed from inventory. Peace.
