Perfect monitor!

I did a lot of research in finding the best baby monitor for our family. This was going to be our 3rd monitor, the infant optics and sense u baby one broke after a couple months use. My only complaint about this product is the kickstand on the monitor. We had to purchase a kickstand for a small tablet to make this sit up straight.

Very nice package

Nice baby monitor, step up from the chillax one we had. Easy setup and app setup. The only complaint I would have is the stand for the lcd monitor is too small to support the unit.

Great resolution

We really love this monitor, it has a great resolution and the screen is big. I mostly keep it in the kitchen attached to the charger but I have use it overnight without charging it and it has lasted more than 8 hrs. I read some reviews saying the battery life was poor and I almost change my mind about purchasing it. so glad I did it works perfect for our needs.

All function have worked very well been running nonstop for 6 weeks now unlike the other brand that died several times in 2 weeks and finally would not connect to the camera Sometimes have trouble with motion detection being to sensitive and going off with just a change in light

Great baby cam

UPDATE 02/23: I had an issue with the camera after about 2 months of use. It wasn't panning correctly and the connection, even in direct connect mode was extremely slow and leggy. I contacted support and with very few questions asked they set me up for a return unit. This had to have been the easiest support call I've ever been on with a company. Less then 10 minutes on the phone and another unit was set up to be sent to me. They sent a return shipping label as well with 90 days to return the defective unit. The new unit arrived at my house in less than a week. I'd give 10 stars if I could for the added customer service. -------- Did a lot of online research for a good baby cam because there are a ton of bad ones out there. This one was a little pricier then the average but I wanted a stand alone screen and something I could use on my phone. The app set up was a little wonky but eventually got it to work. The device screen that comes with it let's you turn an led indicator on or off when the cam is working. It has some white noise and music that will play with it and a night light. It's night mode works pretty well. You will have to tweak some of the alert detection features a bit before you find why you like. I had the noise sensitivity set to high and it was detecting the music coming from the device. It allows you to change the sensitivity. One of the features I bought it for was the park mode. Basically you can stow the camera facing down and not recording when not in use. Gives a little piece of mind. I mounted the camera to the wall and so far everything is working well.

A strong “C” for this monitor

We really wanted a Bluetooth monitor so we could see what’s going on while the other was at work or out and about. This is a very average product, a true 3/5 stars or “C” grade monitor. Pros: -The monitor has decent battery life (charge every 2.5 days after moderate use) and charges fast enough. -The daytime picture is excellent and the night vision is pretty good. -the camera reach is actually excellent. Baby is still in our room and I can pan our entire room (which is about 450sq ft). -the ability to record video and snap pictures is awesome! We have some really wonderful memories we captured on the camera. -Easy to mount and set up for use right out of the package. Connecting is just setting up an account and scanning some QR codes. -I haven’t found a spot yet where the remote or app monitoring doesn’t work/reach. Cons -CONNECTIVITY. It doesn’t always have it and the picture freezes (this is on the app). That can be a minor annoyance for, say, streaming vide. In my mind it’s nearly unacceptable when you’re trying to check on a crying baby. -Streaming gets stuck and then it speeds up to catch up….don’t worry your baby hasn’t developed super hero speed and is likely not seizing….although that’s how it looked at first. -the sound is pretty unreliable. We use a white noise machine and it’s supposed to be able to ignore that sound and let baby’s cry through. It doesn’t do that at all. The white noise is in the 50-decibel range so it’s not blaring. I can’t rely on the sound to tell me if baby is awake which makes having a constant view of the image imperative. The “A” of an AV product should be the easiest part right?! But the sound is pretty unreliable in my opinion. Sometimes no sound at all comes through. -the OTHER sound. Talking through the monitor camera is pointless. It’s so hard to hear (volume) and when you do hear a voice it’s hard to make out what they are saying ( quality). Overall it’s better than the other ones we tried. We did not try the very expensive ones, I’m talking other products in this price range.

Huge screen, excellent picture

First off, this screen is huge! You can see quite a bit of detail even at night with the included night vision. Motion detection is a plus to alert us if our child is moving around or gotten up. We bought this monitor for the Wifi camera and monitor feature due to the distance between our child’s room and our bedroom. Connectivity via Wifi is solid with very few dropped connections compared to standard RF. The only reason I gave this camera 4/5 stars is due to the audio delay between the camera and screen compared to RF. The delay is 1-2 seconds which doesn’t seem like much however every time there is a noise in our child’s room, there is a noticeable echo at the monitor.
