Works as advertised
These clips hold the heat lamps securely in place on our gecko's terrarium screened cover. They are easy to install and prevent the lamps from getting knocked off by our cats.

Iguana proof!!
The media could not be loaded. My iguana free roams and his go to spot is the top of his enclosure of all places. He completely broke the last lamp fixtures I had by whipping them off with his tail. These are AMAZING!!! I use them on my iguana and bearded dragon enclosure. My iguana has the hots for my bearded dragon so I had to make sure her lamp stayed put

I wish I had these sooner!!
These are awesome!! I probably wouldn't pay the full $8 for one, but I got 3 of them at $3.99 each and it's perfect! It worked on the 3 different sized lamps I have. I was even able to use one on my double lamp by just putting it in-between the bulb housings and hooking it strategically. The only "issue" I had was one of my tank lids has smaller holes and thicker metal so the hook didn't naturally go in, but I was able to unbend the hooks just enough enough that I could get it to catch, only took a couple seconds to modify! Love it, no more lamps tipping over every time you open the tanks!

It keeps your heat lamp on the tank lid.
I mean, this thing is tiny and simple and works. Now the cats can't knock my heat lamp off the terrarium and burn us all to death in our sleep. A+. Little hooks on the ends of the springs clip onto the metal mesh top perfectly.
