Would have paid more for better quality

The shower pan arrived in good shape, exactly as it appeared online. It is thinner than I expected, and I’m not sure what another few millimeters of ABS would cost but, I would pay it. I’m not sure if it’s Amazon or the seller, but the bundle of the toilet, black water tank, and shower pan don’t all go together. The toilet and shower pan, all good, the black water tank has to be trimmed to fit the shower pan. By trimmed, I mean to say you’ll need to take an angle grinder and cut off the excess that protrudes past the pan. Be careful, too close to the tank and it may leak.

great purchase

item came in as described and quickly. Packaged well to prevent damage. The long dimension in the description was 36", the actual is closer to 35". I am pleased with the item and sure it will perform great in my new project.

Rebuilding an old 87 Ford Econoline Camper almost from the grond up. Ready to get started on the install. Arrived early Christmas Eve morning. What a nice surprise! Made the scene in excellent condition and as discribed. Very satisfied. Merry Christmas!

Poorly designed. Won't work with intended tank

So the tank this is supposed to work with has a flange 2 inches wider and over an inch deeper than the raised part of the pan. The tank is also over an inch taller than the space under the pan. This means the only way to install this cleanly is with hollow walls all around it nearly 2 inches thick, and building up the shower pan base at least 2 inches when it already has an inch of foam underneath. Using this garbage means giving up over 4 inches of width and depth, and losing at least 3 inches of headroom! This with a design that's supposed to be space saving. What was the designer smoking? Then you have the fact that the toilet flange and vent fitting are permanently attached to the tank so you need to cut a huge hole around the entire toilet flange, and if you center That hole, the hole you'd cut for the vent fitting would just meet the back corner of the pan making it impossible to seal. Customer service is outsourced and terrible. Oh, and the pan is so flimsy it arrived unusably damaged.

Not the best quality control

There is a foam board glued to the underside of the shower base, which is glued using strange glue. It felt really uneven as soon as I stood up in it to test fit. Sure enough, once I peeled off the foam board I saw why that was. I think the glue they used damaged the polyester board, creating grooves and unevenness that you can feel when standing in the shower base to test it. Other than that the the interior plastic itself seem ok, but I will be replacing the foam board or might consider returning. Weird experience, wonder if I just got unlucky.
