Good to find the right size

Threading the little wire into the handle is a little confusing at first, but easy enough after doing it once. I prefer the individual interdental brushes with a cap but, after guessing size wrong twice, I got this appliance with a sample of three thicknesses. Once I knew the proper size I got the packs of 10 brushes with caps. They seem a little sturdier than the brushes with this appliance, the cap makes it easy to carry, and I don't have to bother with threading the end of the brush into the appliance. I'll use this appliance until I use up the little brushes that came with it but probably won't reorder.

Why run a piece of string thru your teeth when the brush on the end of this handle does a better job!

The head has a little plastic piece that holds the brush in place but it comes loose too easy but overall it works well.

Practical and Very Useful

Let me start of by stating I wear braces. As I deal with the triumphs and tribulations of wearing braces, regardless if you brush twice a day, you're not getting in-between the braces. You need this Proxabrush! It works, very, very, well. I have to basically brush my teeth twice. Once with this brush and then with a standard tooth brush. So let me start of with durability. It's durable if utilized for its intent. Delicate cleaning between teeth and hard to reach areas due to, braces or crooked teeth. This brush is not meant to have the same force applied as though it's a regular tooth brush. You must lightly utilize the brush when cleaning and it will last fir a long time. Lastly it's ease of use. Pop off the brush and slide a new one in and close. No science or calculus involved here. Again the use is for light pressure with repetitive movement. Then follow up with the tooth brush. For braces wearers, you definitely need this!!

Great - Help me keeps cavities away

Great little product, it helps me clean in between my teeth. I have been using these as part of my teeth cleaning process for many, many years and I haven't have a tooth cavity since I have been using them.

Resistentes pero les falta un cuarto tamaño en los recambios.

Resistentes, no son tan frágiles como otras marcas, excelente opción para el uso de repuestos. Sin embargo en mi caso los anchos son muy grandes y los medianos muy pequeños para mis necesidades. Los cepillos de viaje de la misma marca, tienen 4 tamaños y no sólo 3 como éste, lo que los hace mejores. Ojalá mejoren la disponibilidad de la misma calibración que los de viaje.

Useless

I lost the teeny tiny brushes trying to get the package opened. The instructions are inadequate or non-existent. They should at least put the teeny tiny brushes in a separate capsule to keep somewhere.

Excelente producto

El diseño es muy bonito y me gusta mucho que tenga un seguro en el mecanismo para que no se salga el cepillo interdental. La marca GUM es garantía de calidad y función. Compré otro similar de otra marca muy conocida y no se compara con el de esta marca. Lo recomiendo
