Color on bottom is flaking off after first use

This is everything I was looking for. It is a nice weight with enough room on the edges to pick up out of the oven without ruining anything in the cups however the color is flaking off the bottom after only one use. Normally this wouldn't bother me but it has only been used once and the more you touch the bottom, even with your fingers, the color is flaking off in pieces and it crushes into a fine dust all over the place. Otherwise the pan is a good weight, lightweight but has enough weight it feels sturdy and everything cooked evenly.

A true no stick muffin pan

Follow the directions for cleaning and buttering the pan before use and the muffins bake beautiful (done in the center and still moist). I will never go back to metal pans.

Love this non toxic muffin tin!! My kids are big muffin eaters in the am, so I’m making muffins at least once a week. Wanted to replace our not so healthy muffin tin for a better option and stumbled upon this one! I sprayed a teeny bit of avocado oil in each well and then put my batter straight in and took this pic after taking each muffin out!! No muffin stuck to the pan & super easy to clean!!

Truly BEST non-stick ever

I bought my first pan in July. I use it every week make "egg bites". With just a little butter rubbed on the bottom the bites fall out of the pan every time. So easy to use, so easy to clean!! I always clean with a soft sponge -- never dishwasher. While the rims of the cups sometimes have a little build it is easy to remove with a soft wooden tooth pick. I have spent a lot of money looking for a dependable, easy to clean, easy to use non stick muffin pan -- these are incomparable. I just ordered a 2nd pan so I can do 2 batches at once.

This is the perfect muffin pan

This is the perfect muffin pan! As some of the other reviewers mentioned, this is not a standard size muffin pan, however this doesn't bother me at all. Some people also noted that you get more of a muffin top, because of the depth and width of each muffin slot....this is the reason I actually bought it (love muffin tops, bottoms..eh..not so much)! In my opinion though, it doesn't give you more of a muffin top, a bigger muffin top...yes...but it's in proportion to the bottom, so I wouldn't say that you get way more top than bottom, it's pretty equal actually. With all that being said, this is a great non-stick muffin pan. The first time I used it, I coated it with oil just to see how good the non-stick claims were. Well, the muffins slid right out. The next time around I skipped the oil and poured the batter right into the pan...still the muffins slid right out and this is when they were still hot. This pan will not fit standard muffin liners snuggly like a regular muffin pan, however you absolutely do not need liners with this pan for every day use. If you are baking for an event or occasion where you need liners, then you may want to use a different pan. I also like that this pan yields bigger muffins than the standard size. I really never cared for the texture of a muffin after pulling a paper liner off of it, so no liners + no extra calories from oiling the pan is great for my particular baking preferences. Be sure to use a rubber spatula when lifting the muffins out and take care to store and wash it so that it doesn't get scratched and it should last you a while. I've baked a good bit of muffins and it still looks brand new. Will update if the non-stick surface starts to where off, but for now this is my favorite muffin pan. Pictures attached of my "Healthy Cinnamon Sugar Muffins" in my GreenLife Ceramic Pan! Also, this is what the muffins looked like with me filling the batter to the very top of the slots...in my attempt to get bigger muffin tops! ;)

Finally a non-stick product, that actually works.

The product is impressive, the price not so much. I make muffins with a ton of raisins for my lunch weekly, and they are sticky. I do wipe the cups with a touch of butter, and the muffins pop out effortlessly. Significantly better working than silicone or any other non-stick pan I have tried. This is a heavy weight steel product, and browns the muffins nicely.

Perfect non stick pan!

I love this muffin tin! The color is pretty. Nothing sticks. I even make egg 'muffins' (just eggs) in the pan and they don't stick at all. They are easy to wipe clean, just make sure you don't use a rough scrubber or it will eventually make the coating peel off. My favorite muffins:(shown in pictures) Almond flour Blueberry muffins: (Gluten free, dairy free, paleo) Ingredients: -2 cups almond flour -1 tsp baking soda -1/2 tsp salt -2 large eggs - 4 TBSP liquid egg whites (or 2 egg whites from egg) -1/4 cup maple syrup (or honey) -1 tsp vanilla extract -2 TBSP olive oil -1 TBSP Apple cider vinegar -1 cup blueberries Directions: Preheat oven to 350°F. -Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl. -Mix all the wet ingredients in a bowl and then add in with the dry ingredients and mix altogether. -Fold in the blueberries Scoop out with 1/4 scoop into muffin tin. Makes 8-9 muffins. (Pour a bit of water into any empty muffin tins so they don't burn in the oven.) Doesn’t stick

Made egg bites forgot to put any oil on the pan. I thought I would be scrapping egg out. But they didn’t stick. Just came right out of the pan. So impressed.
