Works well, but be careful to choose the right size

I shattered the carafe that came with my Crux coffee maker but found a poor selection of replacements at local big-box stores. I ordered this model from Amazon thinking it 'looked' to be the same size, only to discover that just 1/8" can make a difference in performance. The carafe would not slide easily onto the base to catch dripping coffee, but the problem was solved by doing the sliding with the water-fill lid in the open position. Not a perfect fit, but it works fine.

Fits Black & Decker 5-cup machine

I couldn't for the life of me figure out how to get a replacement carafe for my Black & Decker 5-cup machine after it cracked. I eventually settled on trying this carafe, and it fits perfectly!

Quick delivery

We had gotten our Capresso machine through my husband's work as one of their little "holiday gifts" to their employees and we chose it because it was the most practical out of everything they had to choose from and we had needed to replace our old machine anyway. It lasted us a good two years almost before the pot broke on me one morning. Of course, I panicked a little, worrying that I'd have to get a new machine entirely because I wasn't sure how obscure it was or not, but thankfully, just looking up the brand of the machine and specifying the cup amount was enough to bring me to this item here and we were able to get a replacement easily. It got here quickly and we were able to start putting it to use right away.

Lifesaver

This was a real lifesaver. I broke the original one as I did the dishes. Didn’t want to buy a whole new coffee machine. Ordered this hoping it was the right one. Was so happy when it came and it was perfect replacement. Recommend it.

This fits another machine not just for what it says on the title.

I’ve been searching for a replacement for my black & decker 5 cup coffee machine. I read the review from another Patricia that said this fits for the black & decker machine. So I took a gamble- ordered it and she was right. It fits, it is easy to use for another machine as long as you follow the measurements to your machine. There is a little bit of a gap at the top part compared to the original one but, it is aligned with the pour system so it doesn’t spill. I think this would fit most 5 cup machines but double check with your measurements.
