Arrived damaged
Tank dinged, connection between pump and tank bent and cross threaded. Works fine but I Sony think I’ll be trying to sorr out the cross threading for fear of stripping the welded fitting. A bummer.

A real game changer
I already had a 15 gallon and 4 gallon compressor. Both of which I would try to avoid using due to how loud they were. My 15 gallon was even placed in a sound absorbing box so I wouldn't have to jump each time it turned on. I usually avoided using both of them. I bought this one because of an upcoming project where I couldn't bring a loud compressor with me. What a change this unit has made in my workflow. Now rather than trying to avoid using a compressor I am using it even to blow off my work as I go. The loudest part of using it is when it stops pumping and the cylinder air works backwards out of the cylinder. Even that it's half as loud as my old compressors. (I'm sure my other compressors make the same noise, I just can't hear them over the other noises.) Now I am considering replacing my larger compressor with a larger unit by California Air, 30 - 40 gallons?. (The larger units appear to be 15dB louder but still much less than what I currently have. Then I can run my framing nailer, paint gun and die grinder in relative peace and quiet (except for the sound of the actual tool).

Poor build quality, poor shipping package, leads to both build flaws and damaged product
The compressor arrived in a cardboard box with some packing styrofoam on top, but nowhere else (such as logical places like the sides of the aluminum air tank) and what I assume was supposed to be plastic sheeting wrapped around it, but it was torn and ragged and not covering the compressor properly. So you can imagine my (lack of) surprise when I take the compressor out of the box and the left side of the aluminum tank is dented. Upon additional inspection, the welds on the left side are significantly uneven, so that's not purely shipping damage - that's a quality control issue with the build. Out of curiosity, I turned it on to see how things worked, and it was quiet (for a compressor - as a point of comparison it's a little quieter than my vacuum cleaner and operates at a lower pitch, so it's not as annoying), and it got up to pressure rather quickly. Nevertheless, I have concerns about the quality of the welds on the left side of the tank and potential metal fatigue from the dent, so I can't recommend this to anyone. UPDATE: Upon further examination, the endcaps of the tank have flat spots (I'm not talking about the dent, which is obviously a dent) like the lower-end 2010A compressor. If you compare product photos of the 2010A and this one (2010ALFC), you will see that the 2010A has endcaps on the tank with flat centers, while the endcaps of the 2010ALFC should be domed without the flat spot in the middle. It appears they have mixed parts between the models and it makes me suspicious if the compressor was even manufactured correctly in the first place -- there is conveniently no model number listed on the tank like you see in product pictures, though it does say "industrial" on it. I understand that a tank is a tank, so it's not a huge deal if they change the aluminum tank design, per se, but couple that with the spotty welds and the dent, and the fact that it doesn't identify its model number and I feel like the build of this product is not entirely trustworthy.

The packaging was REALLY bad. There were a just a couple of pieces ...
Just got it today, one day later than Amazon promised delivery. The compressor was just as quiet as is shown on the many product reviews and videos posted on line. I'd rate it as 5 stars except a couple of things. The packaging was REALLY bad. There were a just a couple of pieces of poorly fitting rigid foam, and the box was a literally a couple of inches larger than the foam, so the compressor rattled around in the box... and there was damage! The brackets for the feet were bent because of this. I'll try and straighten them (and try to not break the welds) instead of returning. Also, a minor point but it looks like the heads were drilled and tapped wrong (at least according to the instructions) for the attachment of the air filter... the picture on the instructions clearly shows the air filter on the right, but the only tapped hole is on the left. So as of day #1, it's ok. I only hope that these are the only issues, and more obvious things, like machining tolerances, haven't been overlooked like these obvious quality problems.

Rolled the dice with a warehouse deal.
See attached photos. I took a gamble with an Amazon warehouse deal in attempt to save a few bucks. While the compressor arrived in working condition, I was not pleased to find a cracked plastic drain valve lever and what appears to be an out of place wiring setup. All of the photos and video reviews that I've seen of this product and others by the manufacturer show the wiring not resting on any metal parts of the motor - instead they are aligned downward between the air tank and motor. By no means am I an engineer, however my intuition tells me that rubber coated wiring snuggled against what will be hot metal motor housing isn't a great idea. Also would it kill you guys to make the drain lever out of a robust metal versus the apparently cheap plastic that has cracked? I don't think your customers would mind spending a few extra $ for an aluminum component. With that being said, despite the disappointment of this compressor I will likely pull the trigger on another model from this manufacturer.

1400 rpm for long life? Maybe on Chinese 48hz?
The compressor is very quite and does fill the tank quickly (58sec from empty, 16sec from 100-125psi) the motor runs at 1720rpm not the claimed 1400rpm, it draws 6.3a 710watts and starts easily on a 2000w inverter generator. Calculating air delivered from the fill times I think the claimed delivery rates are a bit exaggerated. The shipping box was pretty beat up and the compressor spent most of the ride on the motor side so the wires into the compressor were pretty well crushed, fit and finish is marginal at best. Overall a great lightweight quite compressor though I doubt it's worth the extra money over the 2010a. If your thinking this will run a small plasma cutter, it will, but I'd recommend going bigger ( it will keep up for about 1.5-2 min)
