Sturdy

I have had this rope strung out in the weather supporting a constant light weight for the past few months and it has held up remarkably well. It is weather resistant and has only unravelled slightly at either end where it is blowing in the wind all day, the middle remains taut and strong. I have not tried it at high weights so I don't know how it would hold up, but for resilience and reliability it's a good piece.

Stinky stuff

I purchased this rope three months ago and it still has a nasty chemical smell. I bought it to make a rug with and it also comes untwined quickly when cut. I can't say how it will last as it's in the garage until it stops smelling.

not very strong

used it to help pull down a tree (after cutting notches} this rope broke 3 different times while a 1/4 inch rope it was tied to didn't. bought it 5 years ago, it was kept in my garage which is under the house. this was the first time I used it.

Rope it's underrated in genral

Great rope, had a strong smell of something sorta chemical but it faded after a couple days. I made a bunch of pulls for my staffie. Lots of uses its sturdy rope.

Bought this for a tree climbing rope for my 7-year-old son

Its great for the purpose- I don't know if it will last until next Christmas, but it should last the summer. I tied figure-eights about every 18". Great item.

Great rope for the price

Great rope for the price. Used for the indoor decoration project. Odour is within normal for the kind. Mostly gone after few days in the open air.
