Does the job

I got this for my ten-year-old to practice his karate self-defense skills. after just a few days of home training lasting just 10 - minutes at a time and three times a day he went from slowest to second fastest in a class of 32 students.

Train Safely!

For hand-to-hand defensive training, gun disarming and defeating a disarm attempt are important, but so is the safety of everyone present, so the use of real firearms is to be avoided. It doesn't matter if the gun is loaded or not, there's always the chance some dangerous fool didn't check the chamber, or loaded it because he thought he was done with it, or someone could be injured simply because the gun is made of steel and has sharped edges. While this gun is not particularly realistic, it is a realistic size and allows for practice at realistic speed. Someone could potentially be injured if struck with it, but you can say the same about someone's fist or foot. Easily recognizable as a training weapon, but close enough to the real thing to serve the purpose in safety.

Looks real in a holster

this gun has a real look and feel of a real 9MM; looks great for a prop gun and to learn how to wear a real weapon. very sturdy in your hand; could of made the rear site with the cut in it to give it that realness

Great costume accessory!

This worked great for my police costume this past Halloween. If it weren't for the orange tip, its looks so real!! Quite heavy, everyone liked it.
