Really good, but...

I bought a Bissell, 2165 Poweredge Lift replacement pads for steam mop (two pads included). I am very satisfied with the soft microfiber pad for daily cleaning, but not with the microfiber pad with scrubbing strips for hard and sticky dirt. The latter does not slide well on the floor of any kind; and its manipulation is really difficult. I used it with good and tiles). I think it would be marvelous whether the customer had the option to buy in one package only the ones desired. In my case for example, I would only buy the soft microfiber pads, because I could manipulate it easily. Anyway, the product is of a good quality. Thanks.

Good Product

The product itself fits the application, but at the price I paid, I feel like I paid the price as a victim of price gouging due to the corona virus and the timing of my purchase which had nothing to do with its necessity . Paying close to $30.00 for these filters simply is not right as I'm sure it would have a much less cost if there wasn't an ongoing virus at this time.

Spray And shine

Loved the way the triangular mop gets into corners. I wish it had one dispenser for Soap to wash the floors and another dispenser to spray the shiny product on Top of clean floors.

Needed extras

We got the steam mop because we have rescue dogs and tile floors, and extra pads were a must. the pad with the extra ridges is essential, it really does help for mud that gets pressed into the grooves of the texture, it was a godsend. I will say, wash often, don't let them sit thinking you can get a few uses before moving on. They matt easily and will smell. but a few washes and it is right as rain

Do they ever go back to being white?

Maybe my floors are just really dirty but after using the mop heads ONCE they became really dirty & even washing them doesn’t get it out. They just stay gray. I find myself needing to wash them after every use as letting them sit causes a bit of a smell the next time you use it.

Expensive

Pretty pricey for what they are are but they're reusable I guess. I love the cleaner, which is probably the only reason why I'm giving it a 4.

Very effective with the Bissell Poweredge, and they cleaned up well in the wash.
