Love them, fit and comfort is great

Matted and frayed for no reason

I never washed them, just wore them. These shorts frayed and unraveled at the side like the orange Umbros I purchased. I initially reviewed these because these were nice looking shorts, they fit well. However they fell apart and look ragged now after first use. Very strange. I wouldn't buy them, unless you plan on wearing once and throwing them out.

Incredibly weird fit

different length than the old umbros, pockets make no sense on these shorts. Fit is very odd - loose in upper quads and very tight in lower thighs. I went up a size hoping for better and the sizing continues to be just weird.

Not as comfortable as I remember

Tried 3 pairs in 2 sizes and the L feels like it’s gonna split at my hips while the XL feels like a kid wearing his dad’s shorts. Not sure if the cut is the same as it used to be but I previously bought some NOS ones on eBay and they fit great. Since there’s no stretch at all I have to give up on these.

Nice old school nylon

So happy to find some shorts still made of nylon and not polyester. Love the fit and feeling. Buying a few different colours

Good soccer shorts fits as expected has pockets

Happy, although my black checked Umbro had no pockets. These green ones have pockets. I like both actually

Not like the old ones

The pockets are set a little too far back for my liking. I originally bought the large but exchanged for an extra large as the leg openings were a little tight. The extra large leg openings are better but when I sit down they're still a bit tight. Because of the tightness the seam split by the pocket when I had my phone in the pocket.

Fits just like they did in high school 20 years ago. Beautiful piece of nostalgia for pretty cheap.
