Expensive but adorable

I use this to contain cross stitching threads with a current project. Very attractive and useful, if expensive.

High quality translucent mesh bag

This bag is beautifully made of a lovely, tightish-weave mesh fabric. The seams are well done, and all are bound with seam tape. The zipper as well. The handle is made of good quality 3/8” webbing, with a charming repeat flower pattern on both sides. All components of this bag—fabric, bindings, hardware, and the fabric zipper pull—either match, or faultlessly complement each other. This is a five-star bag, without doubt. When you go to the beach with this bag, you need not worry that it will fall apart, or otherwise demonstrate any sort of tackiness. The reason I have given this bag four stars is because, along with all its superlative aspects, this bag also came with a Spot. A Smudge. It’s very small, and dark brown, and on the zipper tape. Amidst all the perfection, it really stands out, and dismays me. I will attempt to eradicate it, but can’t guess whether I will have success, or make it worse. Sigh. Note: this bag has a serial number. I don’t know if this should be taken as a symbol of authenticity, or a red flag warning of counterfeiting. But I went to the (authenticated) Vera Bradley website, and found this bag, listed as a new arrival, and costing the same amount as mine. I take that as about 90% surety that it is real. I feel less uneasy. Granted, this case isn’t in the thousands-of-dollars category, but the counterfeiting of high-end goods is an ugly business, linked as it is to crimes, from human trafficking to child labor; and I will not knowingly do anything, even in a small way, that supports it.

Not Your Typical Vera

This is such a cute little bag! For those looking for the usual quilted VB style, be aware that this is not that. It's a very solid, durable mesh material. I love the flower details on the handle strap. iPhone case next to it for scale in pic. I think this would be a great option for maybe going to the pool or beach. I gave 4 stars only due to the price which I think is a little high.

I love Vera Bradley, but this isn’t my fave! A bit overpriced, but quality made ????.

3.5 stars for this one, and Vera usually gets a 5 star rating from me, once in awhile 4, because I’m very into her brand and own & adore most all of her products, which are close to 100 (no lie), so this may be my least favorite, only because of the cost factor + just being mesh. For a sheer wristlet, I think it just doesn’t look like a $40 item to me. $25? YES! But this is one Vera purchase I would not make for myself at full price. For $25.. I would & my rating would be at 5 stars, so it’s merely a cost factor, nothing more here. I’m frugal, lol. Love a lot of bang for my buck! The quality is certainly there, as always, but I’ve gotten more impressive items at this price tag for me, from Vera, which has me a bit torn, but if this is up your alley for spring & summer, and you’re willing to shell out the loot for it.. it won’t disappoint you! My purse strings don’t open up easily ???? . Keep that in mind. For that reason, I choose to round up to 4 stars, vs. rounding down to 3. I see a photo was added already in these reviews. That’s basically the same that mine would show, so I think you got a good vibe of what this looks like in real life. Vera, I always love your unique products & will forever remain a Vera Bradley fan ????! 3.5 stars rounded up, from me! ⭐️⭐️⭐️ + 1/2 ** I hope my review has been helpful ????. **

Cute, but overpriced!

This mesh wristlet is cute, but not as described. There are no card slots as stated in the description. I am not sure how you would be able to use this as a shoulder bag, but definitely a wristlet. This is not a wristlet that I would use to go out with. This is the perfect go-to wristlet for a day at the beach or pool to put your phone, key(s), money and cards, etc. inside and then just toss it right in your beach bag. No more digging in the bottom of your beach bag or trying to remember which side pocket you put your phone in. The wristlet is most certainly overpriced at $40.00, and then to advertise that there are certain features and there isn't makes me cringe even more. You need to revisit your price point.

well made, but cost doesn't seem appropriate

This wristlet has the construction quality that matches up to what you would expect from a Vera Bradley product, but the material used just feels .. cheap(er)? the photos make the mesh material seem much more finely weaved, whereas the actual product mesh is much more see-through. seams are robust and zipper operate smoothly. good mid-range size to allow for carry of an array of daily essentials without being too bulky. ultimately, a different material would be more commiserate to the price, or a lower price to match the material.

Summer beach purse

This bag is perfect for summer and used as a Beach toiletry bag. Its mesh so if it get wet or sandy it will be easy to clean. The bag is cute and bright with color and able to hold more than a typical wristlet. The downfall is price it is on the pricier side of wristlets.

I am a long time Vera Bradley fan. This is a new style of bag for me. While I think it's cute and I like it, it isn't at all what I expected. It's very sheer and you can see everything inside. The pictures of it really don't show that. It seems to be made well. I love the colors/pattern.
