It meets my needs perfectly!!!

Rock solid tool carrying solution, compatible with other Dewalt bags and BIG
I recently acquired the DeWalt backpack, 16" tool bag, and 18" rolling tool bag. My hope was that all 3 would fit together on the extended handle of the rolling bag, and they do. It may be a little awkwardly tall and could be top-heavy if the backpack was heavily loaded, but there is room for all 3 and the handle is still accessible. The 16" bag is not flat on top when closed, so the backpack doesn't sit on it perfectly, but both have straps to hold them to the handle, so they can't go anywhere. I don't have plans to use all 3 together, but it's good to see that they can work. All 3 bags are top notch indestructible quality. Excellent tough material, hard plastic bottoms, sturdy construction all around and well thought out versatility. The backpack has pockets and zippers all over the place - Don't lose track of where you put things! All these bags have side pockets and a water resistant compartment in the front. The 16" bag is a standard medium size, similar in size to many of the toolbags I've seen, good for small jobs that don't require too many tools, with the added DeWalt bells and whistles. The 18" bag is really pretty massive, the pictures don't do it justice for just how big it is. I thought the backpack might be a little uncomfortable, but I wore it around for a bit and I was quite impressed with it. The solid design and hard bottom make its shape stay pretty consistent so it really should sit about the same on your shoulders/back whether it's empty or loaded up, not slouching and stretching into awkwardness like a regular backpack. The straps and back panel are very thickly padded, so it should be pretty comfortable for extended wear - if you're not just pulling it around on top of the 18" rolling bag! I love to point out flaws in big name products, especially ones with big name prices, but I really can't find anything NOT to like about all 3 of these bags. The closest I can get to a complaint is pointing out that there are SO many pockets and zippers and compartments, it's going to be just about impossible not to totally misplace things in these bags. Keep things simple and most of all consistent, and you can save yourself a lot of time hunting down some tool you haven't seen in a while, unsure if you left it behind somewhere or just stuck it in the wrong pocket of your bag! Totally recommended. I will update if I find any flaws, but I'm pretty confident in these bags and anxious to start loading them up!

Good tool bag and tool bag carrier, high price
Got this DeWalt 18in Tool Bag with Wheels, along with the tool backpack and 16in tool bag, to upgrade a recent tool go-bag project, where I organized my tools into skill or task specific kits using four 16in to 20in tool bags and two tool backpacks, all relatively low cost generic brands. It's not bad, certainly saves time loading & unloading tool bags, does feel like I'm living out of suitcases when I'm working at home but, hey, that's just an excuse to get more tools! Design is good. This is big, so much bigger than my 20in tool bags, this is more like a hybrid of a wheeled carry case and tool bag, it can hold somewhat larger power tools, or larger parts, or other equipment, beyond what any regular size 18in tool bag can hold. Inside there are two large pockets, six smaller pockets, and two pockets awkwardly riveted in the middle, one inside wall oddly has no pockets. Outside is nine more pockets, a relatively large compartment with more pockets, the water resistant compartment, and opposite an ownership tag clear plastic pocket missing from their other tool bags. Unlike most hard bottom tool bags, this is a tub which extends up the inside walls to give this good structural stability. Handle is a nice telescoping type common on wheeled luggage. The wheels are large enough to go on gravel and short grass, ground clearance is 2-1/2in. There is an external metal clip, but a slightly odd absence external loops (webbing) to clip/tie on stuff. There is no strap. Handles do not interlock or latch together, which is a common feature of my other tool bags. No problems. Build quality is good, well made, beats or matches my old tool bags. Nice heavy polyester canvas, heavy stitching, heavy main zipper, fairly heavy straps, good quality materials. The telescoping handle is aluminum (or non-magnetic). No apparent errors or issues. Functionality is good, works well. In my go-bag setup I mostly left the power tools out, just grab what I needed, but this main compartment is big enough to hold a lot of power tools, I'm just concerned about tool on tool damage, still figuring out how best to organize this. This stacks with the tool backpack and 16in tool bag, which is convenient, I'm a little concerned about the combined weight load on this bag, but this is also something of a rolling DeWalt billboard which seems a little excessive. Price point of $149 list, $134.38 sale, seems very high to me. For that much could buy a small folding dolly with a much higher weight capacity than this 55 lbs, plus a plastic tote, plus a 20in tool bag, each with decent build quality, and end up with something more flexible and useful. That said, this is what it is, a good tool bag. Overall, 5 stars, good tool bag and tool bag carrier, high price.

Good amount of room
Overall, I like this bag. I do wish it had pockets that were better sized for spare batteries and even the charger. Mostly the pockets inside are ok for hand tools, but I really expected a bit more focus on the Dewalt tools and accessories. I had no issues with the handle or rolling the bag across grass and uneven ground. It stayed stable, and when stood up, gives a nice amount of clearance so that even if the ground is wet, it won't be touching the bottom of the bag. I like how it opens at the top, and when closed still maintains the box-style shape. The smaller bags fold in at the top, so it can sometimes be a challenge to get them closed. This bag is tall enough for most tools to stand up, even the oscillating tool, as long as you turn the bag around. My reciprocating saw had to be laid down, though. The waterproof compartment is a pain - the zipper is hard to use, because it's covered by rubber to keep out the rain. It's good for it's purpose, but not something I'd use a lot. All the remaining zippers are standard, so they won't keep the main compartment any drier than their other bags. Overall, a solid tool bag that can fit a good amount of tools. Wish it had some dedicated pockets or pouches sized to batteries, chargers, extra blades, etc. Rolls easily and pairs really well with the smaller bag that slides onto the handle.
