Not as described - bends and pops with hot water, scratches easy

Sink looks like it should be same as most others but I doubt it is 16 gauge stainless. Every time I poor hot water from a pot into the sink it makes a big boom I assume is from expanding or contracting in reaction to the change in temperature. How can that be? My old basic really cheap sink never did that. It also scratches easily on the bottom if you use without the sink base grid in it. As soon as I first used it, it seemed like it just wasn't going to allow the water to drain completely in the direction of the corner drain. There must not be a good pitch toward the drain and maybe this has something to do with the popping boom it makes with hot water. Such a problem because I don't expect it to hold up and now it's installed under my $6500 counter and my sink cabinet was built to exactly it's dimensions.

The price was the decision maker.

I just received this sink this past Saturday which was weeks b4 the delivery date. I unpacked it and tried it on the cabinet and was very happy to see that it fit my 30 inch sink cabinet very well. I was very happy to notice that I will not need to do any modifications to the cabinet, all I need to do is to install 2×4 supports under the sink two sides.

Beautiful sink!

Absolutely beautiful sink. Love it! Only thing was that it was missing a small item....sink hole cover but as usual Amazon customer service was awesome and gave us a discount instead of having to send the whole item back.

This is HUGE

Did not realize how big this sink was but I am a grown women and I know I could take a bath in it lol. I love it it is beautiful and very easy to install best part was i did not have to cut my cabinet.
