Hard water, filtered
Don’t know much about this stuff, I reached out thinking just the unit with the sediment filter and the fine filter would be good for the scale hard water and was also recommended to buy the anti scale. I have hard water, glass cups have water spots etc, faucets have build up. They told me it’s not a water softener, but would definitely help. Ps I live in Los Angeles for reference. It’s been a week, and no water spots! Showers feel different! Soap feels different! Water taste delicious! Sometimes my mom boils water to keep house warm, she’s old school, and the pot would be white, not anymore. While they didn’t essay it would take it away, but it’s been working like a charm as of the last week. Ps I would let the water run, mine was cloudy etc for a day or 2.

This is a great company!
I have four water systems through iSpring and I would purchase from them again without hesitation. I have contacted them numerous times for help and their customer service is phenomenal. I spoke with Don H and he was so helpful! The company really backs their products and are very helpful! It's hard to find a company in these times with so much commitment to their customers!

Good price
Product came in on time. Easy enough to install, had to swap the direction of water flow should have checked the coupling connection both canisters. Moment I finished install had leak between the two at the coupling. Nothing more tape and dope didn’t fix. There was very little tape on the coupling (weird because they tell you to use soooo much on your male adapters). I use Blue Monster tape and Gasoila dope on all connection and have had zero leaks. Added a sediment filter on system too. Through all filters house still maintains 65psi with no pressure drops. I have gauges before and after for comparison. Tested water before and after waiting on results will update when arrive. Had issue with seating one of canisters, oring must not have been seated correctly after unscrewing and rescrewing back in leak stopped. Go slow the entire thing is plastic outside of metal bracket was scared to crack but had no issues. Over all 4 stars would be five if we didn’t have leak at coupling.

Sean provided outstanding customer service!
I bought this product to filter well water. Water contained iron level of 0.246, and Manganese level of 0.238. I spoke with Sean, in customer service, because we could still taste iron. He was patient and helpful. He explained that the filters were in reverse order. As soon as we installed the filters in the correct order, we achieved our goal-our water no longer tastes like iron. A local water treatment company quoted me $1,200, for a simple filter system. iSpring was a cost effective alternative.

Get fittings before you start install
Doesn’t come with fittings or a shut off valve for filter replacement. I’ll update review after 30 days of use.

Excellent customer support
I bought the WGB21BM for treatment of my well water. Installation was easy with clear directions and options. Unfortunately one of the pressure relief buttons and filter casings did not seal properly. After troubleshooting I called customer support and spoke with Michelle. She had another housing (head) unit mailed in less than 24 hours. I have not received yet but have confidence with this product due to other i spring products I currently have in use with no issues and do as intended.

Works awesome
The media could not be loaded. AThe filters do an amazing job removing sediments, dirt, rust ect…. Also the carbon filter works excellent in removing chlorine. Customer service is awesome at ispring, Sean is an outstanding representative that went above and beyond by helping me get a better understanding of my water quality report from the city municipal water in nyc. Also by trying match me with the filters that are most suitable for my house due to the water quality.

Really nice filtration system
This water system seems very well built it was easy to install, we had one minor issue. I must say Francis in customer service took care of it right away and was excellent to deal with. As far as the system pressure I have no pressure drop thru the filters both in and out 50 psi. I would recommend this unit for anyone looking foe an affordable whole house system.

Cleaned up Water
Everything needed to install, no leaks, use the proper sealant on the 1NPT threads and you will be in good shape with no leaks, did not impede flow, cleaned up fine sediment, color of water, and took odor away of well water. would recommend this for well water. update 2 weeks after install still working great, no leaks, and the water sample has cleaned up enormously, egg smell gonzo, would recommend, will be changing filter in a few months to go with the iron filter see if its has any different result's

With the iSpring system you get good value & product support.
Waited to review until installed for over a month. My system is on well water with a fine clay sediment issue. So far everything is working well. I rebuilt my entire old system. The first filter is the iSprings WSP50 spin down which I can switch out the screen size From 50micron to 1000m & 3 more sizes in between. The spin down cleaning feature works great and is very convenient.Next is my old 22" bag filter (20m). Then the iSpring WGB21B 2filter unit ( Again you have various choices of filters to use depending on your situation) I put guages at each end of all these filters and have only a1 PSI drop after a month of use. I called Don at iSprings with a few questions and received excellent service. He even called back a few days later to check up. All 3 units from iSpring are well made and easy to install if you have some DIY skills. When placing the copper reducer on the plastic filter housing use at least 6-8 wraps of high end plumbers tape. Carefully tighten fiitting to the last thread; this should not leak then. Try to solder as much as possible before screwing into the plastic filter ends. If unavoidable wrap wet cloth aroud joints of copper and plastic before soldering.

Easy install, no leaks, good filtration
I was skeptical to buy based on the reviews that said they couldn't get a good seal and/or there were leaks, but I'm happy to report it was very easy to install and no leaks. Water is clear and tastes great. I did use quite of lot of plumbers tape on the input and output, maybe that helped.
