It's super small and fragile. If you're only going to use it every once in a while for small projects, it would probably do the job. Don't expect much out of this.

Cheaply made & not worth the price!
I bought this item because I put icing on a lot of cookies and needed to replace a broken syringe. Just got around to using this (unfortunately it's too late to return it now) and it is a piece of junk. The barrel is very small- holds very little icing- and it is difficult to screw the top on. The plunger doesn't fit well and also comes apart when trying to re-fill the barrel. There must be a better-made icing syringe at a reasonable price.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!
I thought this would be a great way to get some work on cakes done until I could find what I was looking for but I was wrong. First set the syringe cracked during first use. Was still usable until the plunger came completely off and then went in the garbage! Second set I bought had the plunger break like the first one and it is now in the garbage with the first one. These are junk!

Poor Quality
I ordered 5 of these sets. All 5 of the plastic dispensers cracked while decorating. I am returning them. Will look for a better quality dispenser.

#30 and #98 tips don't fit.
I ordered this set on ebay, but from the same company as here on Amazon (see [...] The syringe itself isn't that bad, usable. I needed an icing syringe to use for decorating tartlets and small cakes at home. The 2 of the tips - #30 and #98 keep falling off the tip syringe, they won't stay, since the konus on the bottom is narrow (the ones that are good have wider konus on the bottom). And those are the sizes I need to make flowers on the cake, and I can't use them. I've contacted with the company today and asked to replace those 2 tips. Let's see what happens. I didn't want to return the whole product, because it's usable. I woudln't want to buy the same brand anymore, and can't really recommend this product, since it doesn't have quality of inspection, hence the problems with the tips! I didn't know at the time of purchase this set was made in China. If I had known, I wouldn't have ordered.

cheap plastic breaks, rendering useless
I had success using this product until the plastic chipped and cracked at the spot where you screw on the plunger. It is too brittle. What a pity that they wouldn't have made the cylinder more durable given that it's the simplest part of the apparatus. I feel bad about throwing away the rest of the parts, but the thing is now useless.

Seems fine
I haven't actually used this yet but I had one like it before. This looks to be the same and of similar, good quality. I'm sure it will be exactly what I wanted, and I especially like that the main part is see-through to help gauge usage. My old one was not see-through. It was delivered quickly and in appropriate packaging. I would buy from this seller again.
