Another great product by Tommee Tippee
These are perfect for use with the Medela Pump In Style Advanced (PISA). I prefer to pump straight into the Tommee Tippee bottles because I find that the measurements for the Medela bottles to be off as much as a half ounce and the Tommee Tippee measurements are on point in every size bottle that they sell. Like one reviewer mentioned, the it does make the set up heavier, but not to a level that I found uncomfortable. Additionally, I have used other adapters with other bottles and found that the adapter interfered because the opening was small near the valve and did not allow the membrane to move during pumping. These are well designed, and I have not had the same issue with these adapaters. The only drawback to these adapters is that I find that they have to be screwed on just right or they leak! They are more inclined to screw "off the track" than other leading brands that I have used. I have found this to be the case with all screw on Tommee Tippee products that I have used including nipple rings, lids, and the breast pump adapters. I have lost many ounces of milk over this and now turn each bottle upside down to assure that it is properly screwed in place before use. I have not found them to leak at the point where the adapter screws into the breastpump, only where the adapter screws to the bottle itself. As a frequent Amazon shopper, I rely heavily on reviews and strive to leave thorough reviews. Please let me know if you found this review helpful and feel free to comment if you have any questions!

Spectra 2 other adapter to THIS works
We are finally at home with our newborn and opening all sorts of different bottle packages dr Browns tommy tippee avent madela kiinde starter set etc..etc.. The little one likes the tommy tippee We have a spectra 2 breast pump which doesnt have an adapter for tommy tippee luckily in our kiinde starter set we also got adapater for other types of bottles, so we were able to find an adapter that goes from spectra pump>kiinde large bottle adapter> THIS tommy tippee adapter> tommy tippee bottle seems like alot, but it all fits nice and neat together and best of all we can now fill the bottles directly as the little one demands more, vs filling up tons of tiny little bottles then playing the pouring game.

Only comes with 1 attachment, so you'll need to purchase 2. I like that I can pump directly into bottle to store.

Works well does not leak as long as you make sure its threaded well, threading can be a little bit of a challenge compared to other bottles. also there are 2 separate styles of the tommee tippe bottles, they are both 9oz bottles. there are the ones with the nipples in the center and are shorter rounder bottles(I bought these here on amazon) and the ones that have a front nipple (almost like a sippy cup) and the bottle is taller but has a dent in the middle to hold (i bought these at babies r us) I found out the tops are completely different sizes so this adapter will only work with the shorter round bottles. I would have given 5 stars if it were compatible with all their products which it unfortunately isnt so i can only use it with the handful of bottles i bought here. I have not found the same adapter for the other style bottle

Fits Medela manual pump
I use this with my Medela manual pump and it fits great. One less bottle to wash because I pump directly into his Tommee Tippee bottles instead of the Medela bottles.

Works great!!!
You will need Maymom 3rd Gen Thread Changer or Bottle Converter plus this Tommee Tippee Breast Pump Adapter to allow lansinoh pump ussage. You can also attache to the Spectra pump, again with the additional Maymom converter it worked well for me as pictured.

Convenient idea, but did not work so well
Convenient idea, but did not work so well. It took me some time to figure out how to screw this into my pumps. It doesn't fit my manual pump, but the electric one fits just well. However, there is a tendency to leak a bit, so I wouldn’t recommend using it outside of the home. I really hope this could make everything become more convenient, but I guess not or I’m just unlucky that the adapters I received are leaky compared to others. It also feels quite heavy and uncomfortable after attaching the adapters. I also wish that I can see when the milk is overflown to avoid more spills and leakage. Overall, I can still use it with extra caution. This could a be useful and convenient item if it doesn’t leak and can fit in more types of pumps.

Overpriced much?
I spent £16 for this cheap piece of plastic and the packaging had already been opened and resealed with sellotape. Not impressed.

Doesn’t work with Medela
The media could not be loaded. Doesn’t work with Medela as indicated it works with “standard” neck bottles. Other reviews also said it does, I’m not sure if I got a defective item but it is very loose.

Fits Medela Pump perfectly
Any pump by Medela that uses uses the Freestyle Flex adapters will be compatible with this. So handy to be able to connect directly to my Tommee Tippee bottles.
