It does work under water
I use this apoxy in my containers that hold water for fountains and small floating container gardens. It seems to do the job. Have tried a lot of products. This one is the best so far. No leaks.

Love this product.
A couple/three years ago, I was looking to repair something that was chipped --- I needed the repair to adhere to the original object. This product was referred to me by a hardware store employee who used it regularly in his side hustle as an artist/sculptor. I've used it in a wide variety of ways ever since --- to repair things and to create things from scratch. Easy to cut off a chunk, knead it into a uniform consistency, and a decent work time. You can even sand it and paint it. I've bought it repeatedly and I love it!

Water epoxy
This is epoxy rated for wet use, even underwater. Have used both this and 'water weld'. The water weld is a thick paste, so it stays put where you apply it. This is like thick honey, it will slowly ooze downhill. However, in my opinion, this 'sticks' better than water weld. If you have a situation where it will stay in place, or if you can put on more layers to build up where it oozes thin, I prefer this to the Water Weld. It adheres better, and leaves a smoother surface, so you don't have to sand as much if at all to smoothen it.

Is best to remove water and let the putty cure
This worked very well for fixing a leak between the toilet tank and bowl. Make sure to have a dry toilet let it cure for an hour or 2 then all set

Works but....
Comes in a plastic tube with a cap on the end. Take out the epoxy and it is wrapped with cellophane a green film. I assume you mix the green with the white epoxy. Seems odd to mix green with white, but..... it kinda worked.

USED ON CAR REPAIR, ALUMINUM SIDING AND PORCELAIN TUB
I used this epoxy to fix a stubborn aluminum siding problem. Tried Bondo and other outside products but they never lasted more than a season. The siding is on the hot side of the house and the sun and rain would loosen any fix I tried. It was easy to mold and match the texture of the siding unlike bondo which you have to get right the very first few minutes or forget it. We also have used it to fill in a crease dent on a bumper before painting just to minimize the appearance of the damage. And the original purpose of the stuff was to fix a chip in a white porcelain tub. The only thing that would stay in the chip year after year. The color wasn't a perfect match but a big black chip really looks bad where this stuff was easy to smooth to the tub height and looked better than just painting the chip. Very happy with the product. You can use your fingertip lightly moistened to really get it nice and smooth.

Very easy to use, works like a charm
You literally slice off a piece of the roll about the size of what you need, roll it around with your fingers until the color evens out between the green and the white and apply it. It takes about 15 minutes to set so that you can have the time to work with it. Great for marine uses as its waterproof

Emergency fix
I dropped the shampoo bottle and the bottle top cracked the bath in an almost perfect circle about the size of a 10p. Not wearing my glasses in the shower I didn't notice and the kitchen ceiling below was soaked. Panicking that the bath was going to have to be replaced and would be out of use until then I googled how to repair and found marine putty. I broke a chunk of and mixed it in my hand, with gloves on because it starts out dk green, I pushed some into the hole from above and pushed some up from below. I used some water on my finger to try to smooth it as much as possible. I waited 24 hours just to be safe and so far it has done the job perfectly. It dried light grey and does show on the white bath but has saved a lot of money and hassle so I will live with it. I still have plenty left if anything else happens but feel confident with the repair.

Seems to work.
So far this has held up nicely. I used it to repair a water butt, the tap had come loose at the the thread end and there was no other way to repair it... One cannot reach it from the inside and a new tap was no good as the barrel part had been stripped. I know that patching from the outside is iffy due to adhesion forces required to keep water in is immense and whether it would stick to both the barrel and tap due to the plastic types was a gamble, but it seems too have paid off. Although I've not had a full barrel of water to test it under true pressure, it hasn't leaked at around 1/4 full. It has yet to go through the test of winter frost etc but has held up the last few months. Being solid is a problem as it can't flex with the expansion of the material it's bonded to, so consider that, but it's holding well in this application so far.

Seems to work well
I used this PC Products PC-Marine Mouldable Epoxy Putty to repair a composite birdbath that had cracked. What I like about this putty is that even though you have to mix the putty and hardener it's made easy by the way it's packed. You just cut off a slice of the right size and mix it until the green core is fully mixed with the white exterior to form an off-white ball of putty - then you know it's ready to use. The putty is easy to work with and even on a hot day mine was workable for around 15 minutes. it did take a bit longer than the quoted hour to fully harden and if you can leave it 24 hours my sense is that would be good. I found the surface easy to smooth with fine-grade sandpaper. The resulting repair is waterproof and looks fine, of course, there is the long-term test of longevity but my sense is that this product has worked well in the case of my birdbath. I'm pleased with the end result.

Easy to use and worked!
Got a tip off Garden Rescue programme to use this to block up a hole to make a waterfeature - and it worked! I had a very ancient butler style sink in the garden - I did use a yoghurt pot lid in the whole to give the putty something to ‘sit on’ - I really didn’t expect it to be watertight and upped the water level gradually over a few days - still no leaks! - now planted up with a solar fountain in it. Very pleased.

DOES NOT BOND TO WET SURFACES!
DOES NOT BOND TO WET SURFACES! Terrible product, the putty slides on wet surfaces and you cannot get an airtight deal with this product. USELESS!
