They sent the cold valve, obviously the wrong one!?#%?

I obviously ordered the hot valve, but I received the cold valve. Now, don't get me wrong, it works without leaks, but now the handle turns the wrong way. That's not that big of a deal, but when you order something, you expect to get what you ordered, which you should. I DIDN'T, and that one was simple. HOT, COLD. LEFT, RIGHT. Seems like it wouldn't be that hard. RIGHT?!

Installed the new cartridge, and the faucet still had ...

Installed the new cartridge, and the faucet still had a slow drip. The metal ring around the bottom rubber piece of the new cartridge had some pitting and looked used, so I traded the rubber piece with the one from the original (replaced) cartridge and the faucet no longer leaks. Not quite sure why that metal ring had the pitting, as it looked to be sealed and new...

Received defective product twice - could be counterfeit

Ordered directly from Amazon and received a valve cartridge that had either never been assembled or fallen apart during shipping. Ordered replacement only to receive one that was also in multiple pieces. I strongly suspect these may be counterfeit parts and not original Pfister. See picture for how it arrived. Gave up trying after that. I will order from Pfister directly next to ensure I receive a original working part.
