Quality Bag

FAst delivery...very nice packaging..brand new FRYE bag....great pockets,one magnetic on outside and 2 divided pockets along with zipper pocket inside bag. FRYE hardware..only con is ...would like the strap longer,not enough "holes" to make bag a little longer...comfortable over shoulder. Stiff leather and looking forward to leather softening with use. Over all...very satisfied with purchase :))

Frye does not stand behind their product

My husband gave me this bag for Christmas. I’ve purchased Frye products before and have been very pleased with the quality. However, after only 3 months of light use the stitching that holds on the strap came undone. Frye refused to stand by their product and provide a repair or replacement. Stating that they don’t provide a warranty or accept returns on any product that has been used. So now I’m stuck with a bag that is unusable unless I decide to pay to fix what appears to be Frye’s quality control issues.
