I like it a lot!!!

I wasn't sure what to expect because it was only $25, but it's exactly what I wanted. I also didn't know what height it should be, but because the price was so good, I figured that I could put something under it or a pillow on top of it if I needed more height. Fortunately, it's at the perfect height and extremely comfortable to put my feet on while watching TV.

Great footstool

I purchased this ottoman to replace an old linen one that had pill ed and the cushion on top was worn. This one is much better! I love how thick and firm the top cushion is. I’m sure it will last a lot longer than my old one, and no more heal pain! I am glad I went with the leather look. Easy to wipe clean and it won’t pill. I ordered the black with the white swirl top. It’s nice looking and was the least expensive of all those offered. The black and white goes fine with all the white furniture and wrought iron in my living room, too. I don’t plan to sit on it or climb onto it so I can’t speak to the weight bearing of the stool, but it seems like a light person would be able to stand on it ok. I also use this to store my 2 fleece throw blankets when not in use and they fit just fine with room to spare. Very happy with this purchase and highly recommended it!

What a Buy

Bought this to use as a toy box for the grandson for Christmas. He is 3 years old and all boy. It has stood up to all expectations, keeps toys large and small, has a lid, but it is rarely used as toys are pouring out. If it is sturdy enough for a 3 year old boy.... it will fit your needs too!

Look lovely but breaks easily.

We use this as a toy box for our son and on all four corners of the box, it has split. Now it is a hassle to get the lid back on fitting properly. Overall looks very nice and love the material, but not very sturdy.

Needed it for my cat.

I was looking around for an ottoman for a bit now. My cat loves to sit beside me when I'm on the couch, or even at the kitchen table, but can't when I'm surfing the net. The fact that I can store a bunch of stuff within it is a bonus. I've sat on it at times when I was redoing the wiring behind my computer desk so it is strong enough for me to sit there, so it will also be strong enough for a foot rest. Definitely recommend.

Surprisingly sturdy

It really can hold quite a lot of weight. I'm pretty heavy and I can sit on it and it doesn't feel like it's going to give at all. However, I wish it were more comfortable as an actual ottoman. The edges are a bit sharp, and the height is a little bit taller than would be optimal for my use case. That was my fault though for not properly measuring a comfortable height to put up my feet before buying one. Perhaps there's some sort of top that can be added to this to make it more comfortable. That would raise the height of it a bit more though.
