Decent product but cheaply made
Like most things manufactured today, these planters are made as cheaply as possible. The wood is of good quality but held together with finish nails, which won't last more than one summer, as many reviewers found out the hard way. The only thing fastened properly are the slats that hold the bottom in place. So I took it upon myself to make this extra sturdy. As you can see I made extra support boards for each section, 7 in total. These boards were glued and screws into place then the extra bit of screw poking out was ground down. Next I added two layers of wood stain. Then I drilled into the metal stands to add 3 extra screws to hold the corners in place. Finally I drilled and screwed 4 more screws though the side, into the support slats underneath to fortify the bottom. Last but not least I added caster wheels as one reviewer recommended. All and all, these upgraded planters should last a long time and worth the effort and extra few hours to perform. Hope these helps those who wish to keep these for more then a couple of summers.

Get What You Pay For
Simply put, this is the barebones minimal a planter can probably be. Wood basically feels like Styrofoam. Screwing in the right angled screws is mostly impossible. But the liner helps make this usable- otherwise it would definitely rot through in a few months. Im personally going to seal the outside of the "wood" to try and make this last longer than a year. This works if you're on a budget and dont mind it breaking down in a short while.

Pieces aren’t uniform
These look ok once I finished putting them together. It’s frustrating that some wood pieces are not the same size and wouldn’t fit in the metal leg brackets. I had to bend the metal to get them to fit. It would’ve been too much of a hassle to return, so I just made it work. I don’t know how long we will last since I just finished putting them together.

A good planter for herbs or flowers
This is a great planter for flowers or herbs. The length isn’t long enough to plant many vegetables in it but it does serve a good purpose, especially if you have limited space. It was easy to put together and the product is stable.

What I expected
I purchased four of these. They came really quick. And only one of them had damage, One of the panels had boards separated from it they're just tacked together with staples.

Does not assemble well
This took extra screws and did not all fit together as promised. For this price look elsewhere.

Not as well made as I s pected
As soon as the three I purchased were put together, they warped and do not sit level any more. They do have short adjustable screws in the legs, but they won’t be long enough to adjust for the warping. I expected better results for the price paid.

Hard to assemble, cheaply made
It's impossible to align most of the boards and almost impossible to assemble it by one single person. I would take a second think with the $30 promo price. For 100 bucks, it's definitely not worth. Update: broken after a few days

arrivé en mauvais état
Acheter pour l'école dans le programme vert, les jardinières ne sont pas conforme. Les planches sont de différentes grandeurs, donc ca donne des losanges et non des rectangles. Mauvais état, très décevant Nous devons modifier les coupes nous mêmes. On les a reçu cet été, mais nous venons juste d'ouvrir les boîtes, trop gros pour retourner les 11 btes. merci Renée Rousseau

VERY POOR QUALITY
The manufacturer does absolutely no quality control. I bought 5 of these. While I managed to get them together, I was having to cut off excess wood odd three panels and re-nail at least 2 panels. Functionally they work, but that is they only reason I gave them 2 stars.
