Oregon mower blade weighs 36 ounces rather than Amazon's 15 ounces per product details. Modified 36 oz blade to install in Makita's 18 inch mower which uses 11 oz blade. See images. Pros - Makita mower's motor is strong. - Oregon 36 oz blade mulches very well. (Wish blade was approximately 15 ounces.) Cons - Makita batteries work harder using heavier 36 oz blade versus Makita's 11 oz. Details summarized: - Makita mower rated for 18" blade at 11 oz. - Modified Oregon 36 oz blade at 18" to fit Makita mower. See image. - Used 1 3/4 inch washer to cover large center hold of Oregon blade. - Amazon product details incorrectly indicates Oregon blade is 15 oz. - Makita mower blade mulches poorly and clumps within the housing. - Oregon 36 oz heavier blade successfully tested mulching grass in October 2022. - Thus, Oregon 36 oz blade improves cutting efficiency.

Didn't fit my Toro Turbo Force otb!

The center hole in these blades is 15/16", so I had to use machine bushings to adapt to the 5/8" mounting on a Toro Turbo Force 36". Good blades otherwise.

Great mulching blades

Got these for my Exmark Radius X 52. Works great for mulching leaves in the fall and spring. Be careful if you’re mowing wet leaves and lawn into the bagger, it’ll turn all the clippings into mud cause they work so good.

Good product...wrong application by user.

I'll admit I tried to finesse this onto my Black and Decker 36v mower. It's much heavier than the factory blade, so the mower was confused. Once I got it running, this blade could do its thing! This is a serious mulching blade, even in the underpowered electric mower. It really shreds grass and acorn parts! However, I could tell the extra weight was not allowing the mower to function properly(especially the brake); so I removed this blade and returned to the original. If my experience was any indication, this blade does everything it's supposed to! IF I switch to a mower properly sized for this type blade, I'll certainly give it a try in the future!

Bent

One of the 3 blades was slightly bent. You could tell right away because is wouldn't stack like the other 2. I was able to straighten and balance it so it will be fine but this blade should have never shipped to me. I cut 75 properties per week and sharpen every other day so I know blades well. Please do a quality check before shipping blades.

Good blades

I ordered these from hearing great reviews from other lawn companies. These seem to cut and mulch very well. I do not think they have a flawless cut. These blades are installed on my ExMark Lazer Z X Series 52 inch Zero Turn Mower. Good job and good price.

Fantastic product for lawn mower

Fantastic product for lawn mower, mulches leaves and grass without having to rake and bag the clippings. The shipper packaged well where the blades were not clipped or damaged. The blades will take quite a few sharpens before they wear down, and the price is competitive.
