Kids 463

This reel 463 has it all 30lb drag, stainless steel drive gears, and holds little more line than abu 6500. I would recommend it really nice. Fast delivery

Large and very smooth reel

I paired this reek a 7' 20x50 lbs rod and used it to catch keeper sturgeon the Columbia River. The results were very good the reel had no problems reeling in a 52", 47"' and a 41 1/2" which was to small to keep. Now that's over, I will pair it with an 8' rod med / heavy 15x30 lbs for salmon. I liked the reel enough to buy one for my brother on his birthday. Over all this is a great bait cast with alot of back bone.

Great musky reel

I purchased this for the sole purpose of fishing musky. I have not been disappointed! This reel has ample power and makes a breeze out of cranking double tens all day, either slow retrieve or burning them. It also has the speed to fish jerkbaits/plastics adequately as well as top waters lures. I have owned both the Calcutta 400D and Lexa 400, and although similar to the Lexa, It has a more comfortable feel to it and seems to have a bit more power. When compared to the Calcutta 400D though, its not even close, the Komodo is by far a more adequate reel for musky.
