Very Nice & Mostly Durable

This is the perfect gift! Mostly durable, but it can be easily bent near the tip if you're not careful. Lasts a very long time. The coating is pretty high quality. I'd recommend for anyone who loves Kingdom Hearts.

Great iconic souvenir from a beloved series!

I'm writing this review after around 2 weeks of using this product. I've been looking around for an iconic key blade from the series, which could work as a phone strap or a key chain, that's when I came upon this article a few weeks ago. The only thing that made me nervous was there was no review for this item at the time I was looking, which held me back from purchasing it. After browsing around for other options, I decided to go with this one and it hasn't disappointed me since. As the name of the item suggests, this is a key chain, not a phone strap, but with a little bit of twitching, there shouldn't be any problem with it being one. Although the quality of the key chain is very impressive. The small loops were solid and sturdy enough that even if you yanked it off from your bag or pocket, it would most likely stay intact. In fact I had to use a pair of pliers to squeeze the loops open so I could get the Key out, and with some difficulty too. So I hope that eases many people's minds. I personally use this a necklace pendant although I still keep the key strap so I could switch back any time. And for two weeks wearing this around playing sports, working, running, washing; I found the key blade itself remained in pristine condition. For $8.99, I wouldn't expect these to last for over a year. Although if you're the kind who takes care of your possessions, it wouldn't be too much of a stretch. Oh and 2 Days shipping for Prime Members is a definite plus!

Perfect for any KH fan

I've only had this keychain for about a day but I love it so far :) It looks very nice and is a very good replica of the keyblade. It's lightweight and not too big so it won't weigh down your keys. It also doesn't feel cheap either, I tried to bend it a little and it wouldn't budge. It's a nice and subtle way to show your appreciation for the series. The only thing I don't like about it is that the Disney copyright and made by China lettering are imprinted on the keyblade itself. It would have been better it if was imprinted on the other side of the small Kingdom Hearts logo instead but it's okay. That's just something minor so I won't take off a star for that. Because I like this one so much, I might also get the Oathkeeper and Oblivion keyblade keychains as well and switch them out periodically.

A necessity for a genuine Kingdom Hearts fan

I have had this key chain for three years and just never got around to write a review. However, I believe it has been in my possession long enough for me to say that it will probably last forever. At the time I ordered this, I did not have my own set of house keys yet so I used to take it to school and show it off. Despite being dropped, tossed around and poked into people, it endured. Two years later, I received house keys and attached them to the key ring, and they have remained there ever since. It looks almost exactly like the picture. The key ring is thick, durable metal. The silver color is a little faded around the edges but that is due to me constantly taking keys and key chains out, and it's expected anyway. The clip is fully functional and the little logo is cute. The Keyblade is Sora's Kingdom Key. I was afraid that it would break in half, but it hasn't and I highly doubt it will. It is beautiful, and people always ask me about it. I would recommend this to a true Kingdom Hearts fan.

Great Addition to my Key Chain

I have always been a fan of the Kingdom Hearts series and so when I found this keychain I had to add it to my key ring. The blade looks awesome and it seems pretty well made. I haven't had any issues with it falling off the key ring or anything like that, and I tend to fiddle with my keys when I carry them around. There are several other key blades you can purchase, but I went with the Kingdom Key. I may have to add another at some point. I was worried this was going to be a bit too large to feel comfortable in my pocket, but it is shorter than some of the keys I have on my key ring so no issues there.

My Keys Walk the Road to Dawn

Riku’s keyblade has always been my favorite design since KH2, and this Way to Dawn keychain has all the finer details correct, despite the text misprint on the packaging. The only complaint I have is the clip seems a little flimsy in its anchoring point, so I wouldn’t clip it to anything. I use it as a key ring anyway, so I don’t use the clip.

Amazing quality

I am incredibly impressed by the durability of these keychains. The actual ring portion tends to lose color quite quickly but the keyblade portion of the keychain lasts forever. I've previously had the Kingdom Key for over 5 years and it has not lost its detail. Bought another as a gift for a friend.

Good KH Accessory!

this is the perfect accessory for a Kingdom Hearts fan! Looks good along with my other keys. does capture the detail of the kingdom key well. What would have made it better, in my opinion, is if the guard was gold. but overall it's excellent craftsmanship!
