Whenever my wife gets her hair styled, dyed, and cut this is what she uses the shampoo paired with the conditioner really helps keep the “brass out of the blonde” hair. Honestly i dont know what that means but those are my wifes words lol it must work because every time she does something with her hair this is what she buys. Again im just the husband here i have a 3 in 1 body wash, shampoo and conditioner combo

Definitely does what it says
Quality product. Had tried a few random off brands that were not worth the small discount. Love the smell and my hair feels so soft. Shampoo actually lathers. Blonde on point no yellow.

Amazing results
I use both shampoo and conditioner. I leave each on about 5 min. It washes away the yellow and makes the color look fresh while keeping the hair moisturized. Not like other purple shampoo that dries the hair up. Is it a coincidence that everytime I use it I get asked if I colored my hair?? :) I don't think so.

This is a great anti-yellow shampoo. I've been using it for over a year, it's a very good shampoo and conditioner! One of the most powerful tools! Most importantly, don't dye your hair purple!

Smells nice and doesn't dry my hair out like other purple shampoos. Gentle enough to use daily even when my toner faded I just put it on dry hair and let it sit for 15 or so and it brightens it up again. Will buy again

it works!
i know this works because i have been using it on my roots more than my tips and now they are completely different colours LOL. roots stayed cool while the rest of the head turned brassy. make sure you apply it EVENLY to your entire head. my hairdresser recommended double shampooing before use for max effect. also, leaving it on while sitting in the sun makes for a nice mask. i will repurchase.

Favorite purple shampoo
I've been using this shampoo for about a year now, recommended by my hair stylist....used to use a drug store brand but this one works so well to keep the yellow out of my hair!! This is a good value for the money, you can refill another bottle about 2 times for a cheaper price. But seriously it works really well if you're trying to stay an icey blonde. Most Amika products are amazing.

Really conditioning and pigmented
I’ve been using amika bust your brass conditioner once a week for 8 months now on my balayage and I love it! It’s extremely conditioning and one bottle lasted me about 6 months, it’s extremely pigmented so I leave it on for a minute or two at the most and it does a really good job and canceling out the unwanted tones and brightening my hair. Would definitely recommend!

I usually use milkshake purple shampoo but decided to try this product. I was amazed! It toned my hair within a minute, left my hair soft and smelling great! I find amika’s purple shampoo and conditioner to be the best, and the bonus is it doesn’t dry out my hair or my extensions!
