This is better than a tennis ball, it really gets to spots better

Used this for my right hip & lower back my chiropractor suggested using it. It takes some getting use to it but it really helped to loosen up my tense muscles to help the healing process

Firmer Than I Was Expecting, But OK

These balls are more firm that I thought they would be, so it makes them slide more when I am trying to roll with them up against a wall. Other than that, they definitely work for rolling out various muscle pains!

Good tiny ball

I measured 8.5 in /21.5 cm in circumference with a measuring tape, maybe it's a bad tape measure because 2.5" in diameter seems accurate when I look top/down.

Firme y controlable

Antes que nada, es la primera vez que compro una pelota para masajes de lo que he investigado haré mi opinión. Controlable: En algún momento leí que las pelotas para masaje es mejor que sean lisas para ayudar a su manejo pues que tengan muchos grabados impide que sean óptimas para rodar y que sea más complicado su manejo. En este caso, consideró que sí tienen un punto, es un poco complicado al momento de rodar pero no significa que no sea controlable y sea complicado su manejo. Finalmente, es una pelota firme: De lo que he leído, eso no quiere decir que sea bueno ni malo es un gusto personal, en caso de estar lastimado expertos recomiendan tener pelotas suaves pero para aliviar tensiones de músculos específicos me encanta, yo la compré para la espalda pero después leí que también era buena para usarla en pies, hombros, brazos y pantorrillas.
