Stunning and unusual

These gorgeous gold bead earrings are an unusual shape for Miguel Ases and particularly stunning. I hemmed and hawed on whether to buy them at this expensive price but have not regretted it. Like all Miguel Ases earrings you hardly feel them on because they are so lightweight--no tugging at your earlobe. The craftsmanship is exquisite. I always get comments when I wear these out to dressy events.

The rest of the beads look more like golden plastic than golden beads

I own quite a few MA earrings, mostly long ones. I decided to purchase this one despite its length because the product description states the length being 2.25 inches which isn't too short, and I wanted golden-colored earrings. Unfortunately, the pair I received come to only 2 inches according to my measurement. As for the golden, the three petals at the center look golden and exquisite. The rest of the beads look more like golden plastic than golden beads. Not to be too crass but these earrings look like a child well-versed in beading would come up with. To me, this pair falls short of the high standards of MA earrings and thus definitely not worth the high cost.
