Great rain coat for 5 year old son who loves firefighter everything right now. Fits well, keeps him dry (like that there is a hood), and not too thick so can be used for rainy days in spring, summer and fall. Not heavy enough for winter use but does the job as one would expect.

Awesome kids rain coat
Very happy to have found this coat. We had a similar fireman rain coat for our son which was his favorite and he was quickly out growing it. So my wife started looking for a replacement. She found this one, it looks identical but this one had a hood where as our old one did not, so super bonus. The fabric feels very soft and the fit is great, we bought 5t for our 4 year old and it fits him great now but left enough to grow. My son is just shy of 40 pounds, I think and hope it's going to last him an entire year. So if you have a 40 pound 4 year old, buy a 5t.

Fire Chief!
I tried to find a firefighter Halloween costume for my 2yo and couldn’t find one small enough, and then found this rain jacket. I followed someone else’s post about adding letters, which I bought on Amazon and just ironed on. I had to reduce the iron time because the rain jacket fabric was going to melt, but I was able to get the letters to stick by pressing for shorter periods of time (5-6 seconds) a few times. This fits slightly large, and will be perfect for Halloween with a free hat we got from our local fire station! It’s nice to have a good quality London Fog jacket which hopefully he’ll get some wear from even after Halloween.

Runs small
This is adorable, but I got a 2T so my son could grow into it. He wears an 18M and this fits just right, so it's on the small side. Still cute though.

the jacket fits a little small order one size bigger
The jacket was great quality we bought the largest one which was a size 7 for our son which is 5 years old and it fit so good on him but we don't expect it to last more than a year because of how fast he is growing to us it looked a little bit smaller than a normal size 7 but no matter what it's still good quality keeps the rain off and looks very nice

Short arms
The coat itself fir fine but the arms are short may wanna go up a size to have the correct length on the arms
