Yay! I won't be electrocuted!

This was a good solution to a 3 gang, 2 toggle, 1 blank lightswitch we have in a bathroom. I was looking for a switchplate that would do this and the only one I could find in an offwhite shade was $8.00 with $5.00 additional shipping. This fits into the existing 3 gang, 3 toggle switch cover we had. The only issue I had with this is that the two screwholes above and below the toggle cover were smaller than the screws I had. I solved this by using a drill bit the diameter of the holes on the cover plate and expanding the size of the holes on this adapter. I'm not sure what happened in this bathroom where there has never been a toggle in the third spot, but this little adapter is stopping me from seeing the tangle of wires inside the electrical box.

Looks great and does its job!

These work great for that box with the phantom switch. I used with metal oil rubbed bronze plates and they look great. Only con is price since it’s just a piece of plastic but with virtually no competition out there it’s probably fairly priced since it does exactly what I wanted it to do and looks great.

Just what I needed :)

Plastic . . . not metal, FYI. But it fit well and was just what I needed to fill in an unneeded toggle space. Sure beats getting a smaller wall plate and having to do wall repair work all around it!

Plate screw holes to small

I had to use a 1/8" drill bit and open up the mounting screw holes along with the two switch cover holes as it would almost be impossible to get them tight without breaking the plastic. I painted the dummy switch to match my plate cover the best I could. All in all it does the job once the holes are opened up..

Needed to blank off a light switch and this worked perfect.

Aesthetics are everything

This made a third switchplate hole go away and it now blends in nicely.

The only fix for removed switch.

Pretty much the only solution out there for blocking a multiple switch box. The plastic straps being very thick will prevent the wallplate from touching the wall properly.
