Had to return

This is beautiful and seems solid. Unfortunately, I had to return it. The finish was scratched which I was willing to live with because it was so pretty but I was unable to get it to hang flush to the wall. I've installed many pieces of bathroom hardware in my life and have never had a problem like this. I could either get it to lay flat against the wall OR get the holder screwed tightly to the back plate, but not both. I returned it and purchased a similar product from another manufacturer and put it up in 5 minutes. It was beautiful and I wish it would have worked for me. I don't know if it was just that one or if there is a design flaw.

Love the striking rectangular design. One thing about toilet paper hardware, is you must buy one that only connects to the wall in one place because 1) you can put it on a stud and there will not be a stud in both locations of a 2 point mounting hardware system 2) way less time to change rolls and less wear and tear on hardware too

Looks great!

Perfect! It works well with the large rolls that I have in my home to cut down on replacing often. The roll just slides on the one side and you are set. The only negative I can think of is the noise of the roll being it is not on a round holder but it is not like it will really wake any one that easily.
