My kid loves it

Got this for my daughter and she loves it. The book has directions on how to do my things with the string that are independent. My kid loves it as much as I did when I was kid.

Exactly like the one from your childhood.

Great Christmas gift. I couldn’t find mine from the late ‘90s/early ‘00s, so I ordered this for my girls. A month after Christmas, I found mine from my childhood and they’re identical except mine was a full rainbow and this one was purple pink and blue. Gorgeous. Now they don’t always have to share, ha! Could’ve just tied a string and looked up instructions but this was lovely.

A Gift Hit

I like the color of the string. The directions are clear. My eight year old grandson taught himself all of the formations by following the directions. Great activity in the car with his brother and not on devices.

just like what I had as a kid

my 7 yo daughter is able to follow these instructions and is mastering them. Bought for road trip entertainment and well worth it.

So fun

My 10 year old loved this more than I expected. The setting did break but she tied it together and kept going until she mastered all of the book.

Classic activity book.

Purchased for my 7 year old granddaughter (the same book I purchased for her dad years ago). She struggled and seem disappointed at first but then practiced and got the witches broom. I think she will grow into more successes.

Fun Through the Generations!

Who knew one could have so much fun with a string? I ordered this because I remembered having one when I was a kid, and it just so happened that they still make it! My daughter really loves learning different string tricks, but more importantly, it’s something we can do that is special for just the two of us, and she enjoys that. I really like that this doesn’t require anything except our hands and a piece of string. No mess, no muss, no fuss, just fun. And if you look on YouTube, you can find videos with explanations for other tricks as well. The book provided does a good job of explaining basic configurations, but I don’t think the colors on the string match the colors in the book. It didn’t seem to make much difference, though. Super fun and worth the money for an old-fashioned activity! ????

Blast from the past

I discovered this book while browsing activity books for my 6 year old. I couldn't resist as it brought me right back to my own childhood. Of course, I never had a book to explain each step which makes this item super helpful. My daughter is now obsessed with trying each one and mastering them.
