This item only makes sticky rice so if you like the rice loose it’s not for you.

Cooks rice and keeps rice warm for three days and still will not burn rice. Best cooker.
Let's start with this rice cooking is by far the best for the price. It cooks rice and doesn't burn them in keep warm mode, I've tested numerous brands that you get from BJ's club, walmart, target, sam's club, online most in this price range tends to burn rice after a few hours after cooking so keep warm is more like burnt rice mode. This one keeps rice warm for 3 days before the rice starts to turn different color but still no crispy burnt rice. Love it I will be getting another one. The only cons to this is no place to put the rice scooper, would recommend they put that on the next model. Hope this review helps everybody.

Delighted at first try
Things I look for in a basic, no-frills rice cooker: -no toasting/drying/yellowing of rice in warm mode within six hours - no mushy, porridge-like spots within a few hours -must keep warm for more than six hours -of course, cook rice well (I add a tablespoon of vinegar to rice water for every four cups of uncooked rice and make sure I slice, lift, and fluff through cooked rice with paddle to achieve the texture I want) Without spending $100-500 for a more complicated appliance, this delivers

Nice rice cooker
I needed something small(6-8 cups) and easy with only one option-white rice cooking. It works great. Super easy to cook and clean.

Perfect size for someone who eats one a cup of cooked rice per day
FYI the included Measuring cup is NOT a real 1-cup (8oz) measure but the quantity does accommodate the levels marked on the rice cooking insert. Cute design, love it!

This is a decent rice cooker, but not as good as the more expensive Cuckoo rice cookers that talk. I don't like how the cord can be unplugged from the cooker, because it sometimes becomes slightly dislodged and the rice cooker will suddenly stop functioning. I prefer rice cookers where the cord is attached and can be reeled into the machine for storage and transport. Also, the numbers and lines on the inside of the pot (used to measure the level of the water) are very difficult to read because of the darkness of the material. I was expecting a better rice cooker from Cuckoo.

Good little unit
Good little unit. Easy to clean. Rice cooks up well. Lots of capacity. We have done rice and oatmeal in it. Both turn out great.

Making best steamed rice
As expected of Cuckoo, the rice is really good. but the reason why I gave one less star because the description had confused me. I thought it was 3 cups instead of 3L as usually the rice cooker explains the size by the cup not by the liter. Looking for 3 cups, I was surprised to receive 6 cups but the function is still okay I decided to keep it.
