A bit too tight

I've bought other items from Coquette so I was confident about the size, but this one was too tight. Too bad, because the item is pretty.

Not sure if this was an error in inventory and not in stock..or just a mistake in pulling the item? Either way, the coquette item I received frankly, was hideous.. ugly and poorly fitting. Have ordered many times from this brand and have been happy with the quality and fit ..
