Fountain Makes No Noise

Several reviewers complained about the lack of noise from this fountain, but I felt assured that I could get it to produce some noise by adding stones as several people did with good results. Unfortunately, mine did not. I think the issue is with the pump not creating a fast enough flow and probably varies from pump to pump. Perhaps I could have even bought a new pump that would have solved the problem, but I don't want to invest any more than I have. It's a pretty little fountain and I'm sad to be returning it.

I love it, but like most of the other reviews I wish it would make a fountain like sound. I tried the placement of stones and it still didn't make a water sound. It looks great on my patio and is a good mix with all the greenery.

This is a bust! Screw was not in so ...

This is a bust! Screw was not in so I had to find one,plus it is the smallest water fountain ever... Makes know noise of water flowing at all. I decided to keep it because to tell you the truth it's a pain to send back sometimes. I put it inside of a decorated bird cage and it makes it look bigger. I'm using it in my office.. Hope this helps ..

I love my fountain

I love my fountain, it is very beautiful and quiet and it does not splash water. I highly recommend it. I bought more expensive ones and they were noisy and they all splashed water everywhere. I loved it so much that I bought one for my husband's office as well.

A great fountain both to listen to and look at

Love this product! Set it up, and followed a previous owner's suggestion of putting rocks..worked perfectly. Have it on right now as a matter of fact. Nice to listen to AND look at. Would definitely buy again for a gift for someone.

Beautiful

This is a really beautiful piece. It is contemporary and so nice to look at, will add so much to an office or home. I happen to use it in my office. It worked great right out of the box, just attached the pump, filled with water, and the flow was great. The motor is super quite which is also great. However, I bought it because I wanted to hear the trickling sound of the water, no sound. I was so disappointed. I asked my engineer friend to come and look at it. He said, you need to change the flow. Then he asked if I had any rocks. I happen to have some large pebbles in one of my plants. I played around with a few sizes, placing them on one of the leaves and amazingly it worked! I hear the sound of water, the motor is quite and it is beautiful. I was ready to send it back, and a simple little rock did the trick. Buy it, you won't regret it, just get yourself a few pretty little rocks or pebbles, and when you don't hear anything, place one on the leaf and you solved the one and only problem. I am a very happy customer!
