Waterproof, comfortable but Please Read all
Nice Boots, Waterproof & comfortable. PLEASE READ--I recommend the boots but only gave 3 stars due to the following: I bought sz 9 boots first, They came from Western Warehouse. I DO NOT Recommend buying from WESTERN WAREHOUSE. Go thru Amazon fulfillment or ARIAT, etc., for your boots . I waited too long myself to return these sz 9 but was told by Amazon they would send me return label & I shipped boots back to Western Warehouse and they received them 4 days later on Jan 4 2023. i had originally asked for an exchange to try 9 1/2 and was told by Amazon that Western Warehouse does not do exchanges. you must just return & then order a new pair (from whoever). Western Warehouse did not acknowledge me at all & after about 10 days I had Amazon contact the seller & seller sent me an email saying I returned them after 30 days, which I did, AND Also, that the boots were worn, so not returnable. I accept that I tired to return too late, BUT THEY Were NOT WORN only tried on carpet, but they said they were definitely worn & had animal hairs? on them. & would not refund for those reasons & that they throw out any returned Worn items after 30 days! They also stated they only give 50% back if the items box is damaged in any way when you return! I am sure his is why they do not exchange, they then can say your item has something wrong with it and see if they can Not have to refund you. I did get my boots back after Amazons request to seller to ship them back to me. Also the boots had some marks, and scratches on right boot, that were not on them when I shipped them back. I re-ordered the Chocolate boot in 9 1/2 and luckily for me it was fulfilled by Amazon, who is great at returns and customer service, at least for me. Color was as shown on my 9 1/2 but was slightly too big, so I did have to return them, but do recommend these boots. I feel the size runs true to size for Ariat boots. I bought them because they were waterproof and I plan to wear them on rain days or light snow or slush days this winter. They have a nice rubber grip sole. They are great looking and comfortable for wearing anytime or anywhere. Linda M.

Too wide in heel
Received promptly. These boots are very well made and look great. The length is perfect for me just like my Ariat Terrain shoes. Unfortunately the heel is too wide and even though trying on with heavier than normal socks the heel slips up and down with each step. Wish I could kept them even though they are pricey.

Comfortable from day 1
Love these boots for their style, quality, and comfort. I have issues with my knees and back and low heels are a must. 1” is borderline and has bothered me with other footwear. Something about the design of these works great.
