Awesome stool!
This stool is very sturdy, good-looking, and feels high-quality. I am so glad I bought this for my garage, as it fits under my work table, and provides a good seating height at my work bench. Assembly out of the box was also super easy. I would buy it again if I had too, as it is well worth the money.

Great stool for the welding table I use I use this stool daily and it's very sturdy and adjusts to what I need. I go through stools a few times a year, so well see how this one lasts. But so far so good. Recommended Purchase

Awesome stool. Better than I expected.
Stool arrived in a box that was beat to hell but the stool was in pristine condition. Took about 2 minutes to unpack and assemble. No tools required. Base was stable with no issues such as wobbles or rocking. Has a very sturdy feel to it. Seat has a sufficient amount of padding and swivels smoothly. Lift works as expected. Great value for the money. Very pleased. Would definitely recommend and would buy again.

Great stool! Took 2 seconds to assemble with no tools then Was more sturdy then I was expecting! I did cut 3” off the legs to shorten it but that was for my personal preference for me & my work bench and nows it’s perfect for what I wanted

Quality stool, lame customer service
Stool arrived quickly. Some basic assembly required but took all of 30 seconds to do. Much more solid and much more comfortable than the similar offerings from the freight place by the harbor or the tools from the northern, and cheaper on Prime day, too. Nice and tall for those of us over 6 ft but can be lowered for the less-lanky as well. Five stars all over the place. So why only four? Well, mine arrived in a severely beat-up box and was missing one rubber cap off one foot. I didn’t have any extras that fit so called customer service, waited on hold, listened to the messages over and over and finally got a real person. Real person told me they don’t handle repairs or parts and to email an address which she gave me. Ok, so I emailed and said all I need is one foot cap, please. To their credit they did respond within 24 hours but said “we don’t stock parts, send it back to Amazon for replacement”. So I called once more in hope of not having to mess with that hassle. Nope. Same answer as before. I live waaay out of any real town so finding a box that isn’t ruined and then driving 45 minutes to mail back a stool that just needs a foot cap? No deal. Kept the stool and will eventually find a cap that fits or will remove the caps from the other 3 feet so it sits level. I think the customer service leaves a bit to be desired but the stool itself is very nice. Sturdy, solid, no wiggly parts, and comfy on the bum, too. Too bad mine tilts.

Good after a small adjustment
Frank Lloyd Wright specified 3 legged furniture for his house Falling Water because 4 legged furniture placed on the natural rock floor would wobble. My shop floor is not natural rock but the clowns who finished the concrete when the house was built must’ve gotten an early start on the weekend because it is hands down the roughest, most uneven concrete floor I’ve ever seen and I’ve seen a few. I did invest in a good quality epoxy floor finish which took care of most of the roughness but I would have needed barrels of it to level it completely. Therefore when I was looking for a suitable shop stool I originally searched for 3 legged stools of this height. They are hard to find, generally expensive and not really designed for this so I had to settle. With that being said I expected a bit of wobble and was prepared for it. This stool did not disappoint. The box appeared to have endured some pretty aggressive handling but the stool itself did not appear to be damaged. Assembly could not be easier - insert the hydraulic cylinder in the hole in the base, put the seat on top and sit on it, no tools required. However, the stool rocked severely and when the stool was turned 90 degrees the wobble turned with it though not as severe due to the floor. I looked closely at the legs and one of the legs was noticeably not pointing in the same direction, it appeared to be skewed in one direction and pushed inward. There was no apparent damage to it so I’m assuming that this is a QA issue at the manufacturing plant. I unbolted the ring and attempted to pull and twist the aberrant leg back into a rough approximation of correct alignment with its companions but due to the awkwardness of trying to hold it stationary and apply force I wasn’t able to get it to move much and I’m a pretty strong person. Anyway, I bolted the ring back on but then I noticed that there were plastic ‘feet’ that slip over the end of the legs and figured that I might be able to perhaps trim a leg or two slightly to fix this problem but after removing one I noticed that there are plastic plugs that add about 1/8” to the effective length of the legs and the one I was looking at appeared to not be fully seated so I grabbed a mallet and gave it a whack. The plug shattered but that really wasn’t an issue because the net result was what I was striving for. I slipped the ‘foot’ back over the end of the leg and gave it a play. Better but still not enough so I repeated this with the diametrically opposed leg and that took care of the problem. Did it make the wobble go away completely? No but it now wobbles consistently and I do occasionally find a level spot where it doesn’t wobble at all. The seat itself is comfortable, it is padded after all. As far as durability we will see. The stool itself is stable and sturdy so I don’t anticipate any issues. As far as the hydraulic cylinder time will tell. It doesn’t appear any better or worse that what you would find on a low end office chair. If you don’t mind fooling with it to get it level this is a decent deal for an adjustable stool.

Best shop stool for the money
Stool is padded and comfortable, does not tip or slide. It looks good too. I do not care about that but it does not hurt to look good. I am always looking for good value in my purchases and this one does not disappoint. I really can't say this is the BEST shop stool for the money because I have not tried them all. But, if it is not, it comes real close.

Pretty good
Assembly was east and straightforward. Only complaint, as others have noted is that there is a bit of a rock to it, like one of the legs is uneven. I messed around with it to try and rectify that but had no luck. Not a deal breaker I could just shim a foot, or potentially put different feet on it altogether. I’m only about 140lbs so there’s no issue supporting my weight. Spins nice and adjustable height is nice.
