Worked in my fixture

I used this ballast to replace a defective one in a dual T5 bulb fixture. It worked and I like that the bulbs are wired in parallel.

Fixed my Dynatrap DT2000XL

The ballast on my dynatrap gave out after two years. I call dynatrap and give them the ballast part number and ask if I can order one. of course dynatrap gives me the cookie cutter response of “ this is not a user serviceable part due to potential dangers..blah, blah, blah. Send in your unit at your expense and we will decide how much it will cost to fix and ship back once we diagnose it”… typical anti right to repair excuses. I’ve never been one to accept “no” for more than just a very rough suggestion. This ballast got me going again. Of course it did require completely rewiring the lighting circuit since all the original stuff was proprietary but its simple following the wire diagram on the new ballast. My Dynatrap DT2000XL lives again with a better quality ballast.

Ballasts work great, easy install, and priced right!

I have several under cabinet fluorescent light fixtures, and 3 of them stopped working at almost the same time. They are a mix of F8 & F13 T5 bulbs. I replaced the bulbs and realized the ballasts had gone bad. I did hours of internet searches looking for a ballast that was rated for the different combinations of F8 & F13 bulbs, finally deciding on the Fulham sugar cube. I bought 1 to try out and it was actually smaller than my originals, had plenty of wire to make the connections and fit easily in my light fixture. Instructions are simple and easy to follow, and being a novice at home electrical wiring, I was happy to see that. Power back on, lights work great! I ordered 3 more ballasts, repaired the other 2 light fixtures, and now have a spare on hand for when my last 2 original ballasts decide to go out.

Perfect replacement for Dynatrap xl

This ballast is a perfect replacement for the blown ballast in my Dynatrap xl. Colors do not match directly to the Dynatrap but if you follow how the wires are supposed to end up then you’ll be able to splice them in without a problem. Works like a charm.

An easy fix at a nice price.

One of my florescent lights was flickering, but when I changed out the bulb that didn't fix the issue. Someone told me it was the ballast and it was very easy to replace...just take the old one out and get the same thing. Well, my lights were 10 years old and they didn't make the same thing anymore. The wire colors and quantities were different, but I was told that this one would work. I was concerned about figuring out how to wire it because of the differences in ballasts, but was told just to follow the wiring diagram on the ballast. It's super small and hard to read so I went online and printed out a larger version. The process was much easier than I expected and everything worked great the FIRST TIME. I am very happy and am a lot more confident about future projects of this time. This is a very nice compact ballast too.
