Great wader... but

I have always worn rubber hip waders & had trouble with slipping on the rocks. My husband talked me into trying the felt bottom wader & I can't believe the difference. I didn't slip once on the rocks. I wear a size 6 & these fit with room for stocking foot chest waders. I wore them without waders or socks & laced them tight. I had no trouble with them my first trip out. Second trip, they made horrible blisters on both heels. Would socks help?

Shipped wrong item

I ordered these boots along with the Frogg Togg Hellbender womens waders. The waders are spectacular but the boots run small and I was actually sent the incorrect model. I ordered the ones with lugged outsoles and was shipped felt outsole. I checked on the the Frogg Togg website and the lugged soles aren't available yet. I ordered size 6 model number 4RE851 and I received 4RE951. I returned these boots back to Amazon and purchased another brand. I did however try them on for fit. They are lightweight but with the stockingfoot wader they are extremely tight and uncomfortable. I would definitely order a size up.
