After having a child, your body just isn't the same. Gone are the days when I can walk into Target, try on a bikini top, and happily depart having only spent $20. Nope. We have to pull out the big guns. If I want a swimsuit to both fit and look good, I have to buy it in bra sizes. And not just the generic find-it-anywhere bra sizes. We need the SPECIAL sizes, all of which cost an arm and a leg. I don't know about you, but I have a hard time justifying spending $50-$100 on a swimsuit TOP alone on my salary. When I saw the Freya Deco Swim top IN MY SIZE, my interest was piqued. When I saw it was ONLY $20 for the black top, I knew I had to try it on, even though I doubted it would fit. I wear either a 32G or a 32H, depending on the bra, so I ordered a 32 GG and did not expect it to fit. IT DID. LIKE A GLOVE. It's supportive, and, for the first time ever, I'm not squished or worried about falling out of my top.--my chest actually looks GOOD in a swimsuit for the first time in YEARS. It's super easy to put on, and I love that it's over-shoulder as opposed to halter (halter tops give me a neckache/headache). The shell is thick foam, so no worrying about removable pads. The only possible downside, depending on your level of comfort with coverage, is that it definitely looks like a bra with a big bow in the front. There's plenty of cleavage, but not so much that I was worried about a nip slip. If you want something that is very obviously a bikini top or a more modest top with plenty of coverage, this isn't the top for you. If, however, you're comfortable with a little bikini top that closely resembles lingerie, this top is PERFECT. Due to being prone to terrible sunburns, I have to wear a surf shirt at the beach, and it's nice to not look like just a blob underneath all that fabric. Maybe I'll eventually be brave enough to wear it without the surf shirt at the pool, but, for now, the top is just doping its job keeping the girls in check and looking good.
