Η προώθηση της ασφαλέστερης ξυλουργικής είναι ο λόγος που ο Φρόιντ δεσμεύτηκε να αναπτύξει κομματάκια δρομολογητή κατά του κλωτσήματος. Worked as expected.

Used bit in pine for dovetail work. Needed the longer shank for the dovetail jig. Clean cuts. Little to no splintering. Went slow. No concern about breaking. Cut 8 corners, did not overheat.

I purchased this for a CNC router. I measure all my endmills prior to using them and this one came in just shy of the stated 1/4." To me this is not an issue because I always enter the real diameter of the endmill into my CAM software. I have never found an endmill that has been exactly to specifications advertised, but I do not purchase $100+ endmills because for what I do, the software corrects for inaccuracies in the diameter. This endmill works great on hardwoods and plywood. I prefer the straight flute type for wood because I do not get any tear-out and this one leaves a nice clean finish. It also works great at cutting HDPE plastic.

Doing research, I saw that all the various Freud bits have great reviews. This is my first purchase of the brand and I can now understand why the company has such high ratings on its products. I haven't done much routing, but this produces the smoothest/easiest cuts while using the router that I can remember.

Quality of product + packing and safe to remove it from.

Execellent piece of tool. Good quality and packing it is the best packing rigid plexiglass, so you can storage in the original packing , no chances to get cut with the sharp edges. Will buy again.

Loyal to Freud

I do use other bits here and there. But freud has an awesome website to help the cnc user. They take the extra time to put out helpful information on their website. Their feed and speed calculator is awesome. I appreciate what they do for all of us. This is a great freud bit for your cnc use.

Nice finish, ultra sharp.

In my opinion you just can't beat Freud. This bit is so much better than the craftsman bit I was using until it broke the other day. I wish the old bit had broken ages ago!

Like a hot knife through butter.

I used this bit to cut channels for plexiglass windows I’m installing in a four door barn style bypass closet DIY. The channels were cut in two passes at three consecutive depths and needed absolutely no sanding whatsoever! I’m looking forward to seeing what other kind of trouble I can get myself into with this nice bit after my remodel is complete.

Crumbled

I bought these twice. Didn't have a problem with first bits. 2nd order was very different. The bit disintegrated inside the collet- literally powdered and chunks of metal that ruined the collet opening.
